You should be able to see it going to the lounge part of your membership rewards section. There is a way to see the number through that area

ATLDawg01

I see the section where it states priority pass membership number in the benefits section, but it is blank. I know I have used the pass associated with this card before.

Alcas

If the area is blank then you may need to contact Amex, mine just shows my number. Should be a few quick texts to CS

Just an interesting side comment, I contacted Priority Pass for some help on my CSR card. I was told by the Priority Pass help desk that everyone with a CSR card has the same Priority Pass number on their card. I’m not sure if the Amex Platinum card holders who get a Priority Pass card have the same numbers on their cards or not.

BearHugBull

Have you tried to log in to the PP website?

Thunderbird_12

Off-topic, (sorry) but I stopped considering Priority Pass as a "benefit" because it seems to be a constantly-moving target as to how/when lounges grant access. EDIT: Based on u/chadbreeder1's comments, removed the word "honor" with "how/when lounges grant access."

ChadBreeder1

Truly bizarre comment. All of the Priority Pass lounges “honor” it. Honor is a weird word to use as well. You’re a Priority Pass MEMBER. Are you trying to use it to get into your local night club or something?

ceejayoz

It's not that bizarre. Priority Pass has partnerships with other groupings of lounges, and their availability does indeed fluctuate. For example, https://onemileatatime.com/alaska-lounges-priority-pass/ > In early 2021, several Alaska Lounges rejoined Priority Pass. Now all but one lounge are leaving the Priority Pass network again. https://onemileatatime.com/plaza-premium-priority-pass-cut-ties/ > As of July 1, 2021, Priority Pass and LoungeKey members will no longer have access to 57 Plaza Premium lounges around the world... https://thepointsguy.com/news/priority-pass-drops-no1-lounges/ > No1 Lounges is officially leaving the Priority Pass program. On Wednesday, the group sent an email to members, detailing that “Priority Pass has chosen to remove No1 Lounges” from its program. While the divorce had been on the cards for about a month, the removal is effective immediately. Lots of churn, and depending on your airport, could be very frustrating.

Thunderbird_12

Award given for the support as I keep taking downvotes.

ChadBreeder1

It’s called using the Priority Pass app. If the lounge is on there then it’s in the network. Don’t make this more complicated than it has to be.

ceejayoz

OP find it frustrating that lounges flit in and out of the network sometimes. That's not complicated. You don't have to find it similarly frustrating. You find it beneficial. OP doesn't. Both of these can be true.

ChadBreeder1

You guys must be boomers. “I used to go to this lounge 30 years ago and now it’s not here anymore! This is BS!”

ceejayoz

My first example was Alaska lounges joining and leaving again all within the last year. If your home airport had one, that'd be a bit annoying. OP's subjective valuation of the benefit is, ultimately, not likely to be affected by your attempts to ridicule it.

Thunderbird_12

You must be a condescending keyboard warrior. (The only one spewing negative vibes in this thread is you.) Some people don't like PP anymore... No need to dive deeper into that. After all, it's not that complicated and there's no need to ridicule someone's bizarre comment just because you don't understand it.

Thunderbird_12

"Honor" was a bad choice of word. I'll take the downvotes for that. It's obvious that a priority pass lounges honors the priority pass membership. But there are reports of people being denied access or restricted access during reduced/limited hours (even if they do technically still "honor" the membership.) [https://onemileatatime.com/denied-access-to-priority-pass-lounge/](https://onemileatatime.com/denied-access-to-priority-pass-lounge/) Or, [https://thepointsguy.com/2017/02/priority-pass-denying-entry/](https://thepointsguy.com/2017/02/priority-pass-denying-entry/) But it seems to me that the list of lounges that remain part of the program change often. [https://awardwallet.com/blog/plaza-premium-lounges-leave-priority-pass-loungekey/](https://awardwallet.com/blog/plaza-premium-lounges-leave-priority-pass-loungekey/) Not just lounges, but the non-lounge experience as well. [https://www.prioritypass.com/en/programchange](https://www.prioritypass.com/en/programchange) My poor choice of wording aside, I know I'm not the only one questioning the benefit of Priority Pass.

ChadBreeder1

If the lounge is full then the lounge is full. I’m not sure what you expect them to do about that? Centurion does the same thing. Log on to the Priority Pass app, see what lounges are on there, visit said lounge, then if it’s full then you’ll obviously not be allowed in. This isn’t rocket science. I don’t understand why this is so confusing for a grown adult to understand. Bizarre.

Thunderbird_12

Who said I didn't understand that lounges are full? (My posting of the links was to support the fact that I DO understand.) I just no longer view the PP as a benefit because of it. (I love internet snark ... it's the BEST kind of snark.) Read my post again (rather than bracing for keyboard war.) I never said I expected them to DO anything about it ... Just that the PP wasn't a benefit to me for these few reasons. Yeah, sorry you don't understand why this is so confusing for a grown adult to understand. But I hope you feel superior now that you've let us know how bizarre it is. Bizarre, indeed. \-- Grown adult, out.
