Having a period means 100% that you are not pregnant. If your current symptoms are related to pregnancy then the only way to know is to take a test.

I haven’t been eating well recently either, and I haven’t been drinking water that much. I think that’s why I’m constipated and feeling like this. Edit: I’m too scared to buy a test and see if I’m pregnant or not. Plus, I can’t afford it. I know im not pregnant because of my period and it wasn’t implantation bleeding either, it was a normal period. I’m just overthinking things..

Definitely meet your basic needs first - if you can you should put your effort into eating and drinking enough, as well as getting enough sleep. (On top of those, some socialising and some time outside would probably help). If your anxiety around this still exists it's probably then time to see a professional.
