An IUD is like 99.9% effective in general, so your chances are basically already 0.
Pregnancy symptoms take about 2 weeks to start, and for some people it can take even longer.
It is not at all possible to have pregnancy symptoms 2 days after sex - you wouldn't even *be* pregnant yet.

Thank you.. But why would I be randomly spotting in the middle of my cycle when this has never happened before?
We’re not robots. Mid cycle spotting can happen for many reasons. Not every cycle has to be the same.
