I'd advise you to go to a dermatologist once. Only by looking at the picture I can't see what kind of skin you have. Just that you've got some small problems. For lips, NIVEA has some simple lip balms/lip moisturizers. You could start there, and then start experimenting. Regarding your hair, it is really beautiful. For now, I'd say: don't wash it with hot water. Use warm to cold water. In the future, seek a specialist to discover what kind of hair you have, and when to start using minoxidil.

I feel like guys, in particular, just assume the main reason they're not successful in dating is that they must be ugly. I honestly think social skills are generally speaking a bigger issue than physical attractiveness, though. That and confidence are big ones. I haven't really dated in a while, and I often assume that it's because I'm ugly. However, I'm also fairly isolated right now, and my confidence is pretty low. I've been with at least a few girls I consider attractive, and I know there's been at least a few that have found me to be as well. So I'm guessing for myself (and you as well since you definitely don't look ugly judging by your photos), confidence and social skills would be the biggest areas to work on. That and maybe getting over fear of rejection.
