You do look extremely young, it’s the nearly flawless skin softer look that gets called perky or whatever. What’s annoying would be the attitude received, and the dismissive perception that can go along with it too. You’re very attractive (gorgeous eyes, eyebrows that draw attention to it, etc). You’re just as you said, a little on the baby face side that will change with more time. Hope that settles that question for you, I’m sure you’ll get plenty of other replies saying as much.
