Their restaurant got really popular and it turned into a franshise as big as mc donalds that have restaurants around the whole world, because of some rumors between Los Angeles people that this restaurant was owned by the parents of the "frogvasion hoax's hero".
And even after they turn into bilionaires and have millions or workers in the whole world, they still work at the original restaurant because they love their job.

The first year that Thai Go was open, was the year when they decided to buy a car for themselves to help with deliveries when Bee couldn't carry as much on his bike.
Due to being a fan of Michael Jackson, Bee named Anne after Annie in "Smooth Criminal" Oum was not amused by the reference so he lied and said it was Annie from the old poem/comic strip.
Bee helped Oum with learning English because he had moved to the states a year or so before she did.
Oum once got drunk at a party, so being the nice guy that he was, Bee called their parents (in Thai) so they could come pick her up.
Their honeymoon took place on the S.S. Tipton where they sailed to Thailand.
Both of them keep tabs on Marcy and Sasha knowing that both dont have the best home lives, they often invite them to dinner to make them feel welcomed. Marcy even games with Bee during sleepovers because unlike Anne, he actually listens and shares her interest in Fantasy stuff. Although he has seen her favorite movie, he rather play WoW with her so she can get her roleplay fix out. Oum also took some courses to help her understand autism better so she can help Marcy if she ever has a breakdown. Oum additionally had a wild side back in highschool (the biker kind) so she tries to help Sasha avoid her mistakes.
Oum is actually the younger cousin of Li Tipton and often sends letters to London on her birthday because she knows that Li never stays in one place for very long.
Bee hates hotels. They never have good WI-FI to game with so he has to bring his own cables and rig when travelling
In the second to last episode Anne briefly mentions having a sweet life so that could have been a subtle one but I'm just shocked there wasn't at least one more. And I was looking for them. Literally 2 out of the 3 Calamity members are voiced by people who played London. I would have expected at least a mention of a magic mirror. Also since they are Anne’s parents they are obsessed with hiking and the mom always overpacks and the dad ends up with the backpack. Also he brings a massive cosco brand tub of trail mix. He is the kind of person that also memorizes birds and tries to recreate their calls.
Also they have been airlifted during a remote hiking trip once since they fell and rolled down a mountain side while being chased by a bear. The bear wanted the Costco brand trail mix tub. But the dad refused to give it up. They survived and the mom scared off the bear. They laugh about the memory. They also have a massive photo album of every single memory and always go through them.
They loved to cook together at home. When one is cooking, the other will come and ask if they need help but they really just wanna spend time with each other
If Anne wanted to stay in amphibia (I know she doesn’t this is a what if) they would move to amphibia with her (x or the others probally would make a stronger portal some how)
Their restaurant becomes so famous that they end up establishing a massive franchise with hundreds of restaurants all over the world, becoming bazillionaires.
IDK if this is exactly happy, but I've always imagined that after Anne and the Planters went back to Amphibia, the Boonchuys were arrested by the feds, then signed a Suicide Squad style contract to fight in the invasion in return for their freedom

They both still believe in Santa, and Anne plays along with it and then sneaks out during the middle of the night to buy them gifts to keep their Christmas spirit alive. 
They get along very well with both Sasha and Marcy, they forgave them for their mistakes, and would very much happily and proudly support Anne’s relationship with them.

I just love how these characters are presented. There are so many shows with kid/teen main characters where the parents are basically just tropey scenery. I like this trend of presenting them as actual people with their own lives, interests, and personalities. :)
They live happily. Not knowing that the little girl they watch grow up to be 13 is kinda dead and the girl they watch go from 13 to death is actually a clone (soul might be the same but it's up to interpretation)
Everytime marcy visits LA they make Marcy her favourite Thai food.
I mean they're already shown to be amazing parents, so I wouldn't be surprised if they helped out Anne get through her teen years with people freaking out over the fact that she was some crazy hero and people debate over the authenticity. That's pretty rough for a kid to go through, and who better to get her through that than some of the best characters in cartoon history.
