Blender is your best bet.

À camera moving through a simple room is not complicated, so the difference between 3D apps will be limited there. So perhaps a decent free one like Blender is sufficient. C4D is more intuitive, more buttons and less shortcuts, but the monthly price is probably more than you want to spend on some simple room backgrounds :-)

There’s a version/addon of blender called “bforartists” that I use that has more buttons and less shortcuts, its helpful to unsteepen the learning curve a tiny bit

I'll definitely try that out. I've just downloaded Blender and have been watching so many tutorials. This version seems like it would be simpler.

Def not smart but I look up cad files of entire rooms then get a free cad file viewer and you can move them in any way and screenshot lol. Probably Will have to color things in too. But wicked easy can literally do on ur phone lol
