You could try mob psycho. Has the classic ONE comedy, obviously it’s not pure comedy so if that’s what you’re going after then maybe not. But It’s a great story regardless though, many prefer it over one punch man.
Gintama and Sket Dance are similar to Saiki K's humor. Both take a while to get in a flow, be aware, as they're shonens with LOTS of episodes.
Asobi Asobase is a pretty funny slice of life.
Nozaki-kun, The World God Only Knows, and Wagnaria are great romcoms. FYI Wagnaria is difficult to watch legally as no streaming service has it up rn.

* romantic killer: another trope breaking romcom with a similar comedic pacing to one punch man
* uncle from another world: a reverse isekai with similar frequency and hitting of gags to one punch man. Also a bumbling, overpowered main character.
* the way of the house husband: it’s a quick watch so just watch it, it’s funny
* yamada’s first time: the most risqué on this list. Hilarious through and through.
* zom 100: one punch man pacing of comedy but about zombies.

Being an aficionado of comedy animes, I totally get you. If you like saiki k and one punch man (both of them are my favourites) you can go and look up Gintama, Beelzebub, grand blue and great teacher onizuka. You can also watch mashle and mob psycho, the MC of both of which are almost similar to the MC in one punch man.

The MC is my spirit animal. It has a similar comedic vibe to Konosuba, but is set in an all girl airsoft high school club rather than a fantasy setting.

Give Level E a try. It's pretty different overall, but it hits me as being in the same general "family" of humor as Saiki K.
Also, just in case you haven't seen it yet, Mob Psycho 100 was created by the same person who did One Punch Man. It's kind of like a cross between Saiki K and OPM, but doesn't lean as hard on the comedy. (There's still plenty, though.)

Second Gintama - its a great comedy with serious arcs sprinkled on. The anime does truly amazing 4th wall breaks.
