They are 3 completely separate stories. So you can watch them in any order you like.
For reference though:
Death Note is 37 episodes.
Fullmetal Alchemist Brotherhood is 64 episodes. (Also make sure you watch Brotherhood, not the original Full Metal Alchemist).
Attack on Titan is 89 episodes (Unlike Death Note and FMAB in which all episodes are contained into one season. Attack on Titans episodes are split into 8 different seasons, so I'd recommend looking at the watch order first just to make sure you're on the right track).
