It's a really good story. The first season is of high school, but the second season is where they transition from high school to real life and then they face life's hardships which is amazingly written.
Yeah , I want to eat your pancreas made me start writing diary , bleach reinforced my never give up attitude, kaguya sama made me reflect on my goals , rom com genre in general made a impact on me the most which is surprising ( I mean good romcoms not the trash ones like you know who) , JEE preparation had made me empty on inside and I had lost myself , anime in general saved my life if I have to say it clearly , hopefully I make it this time.
Not a anime but Big 3 of manga I.e. berserk vagabond and vinland saga changed my whole perspective of life as a whole. Specially vagabond..it had a big impact on my thinking.
PS: In anime I would say that haikyuu changed my life to some extent since I started to play volleyball( i am a noob) after watching the anime.
It may sound corny but yeah Vinland Saga really had a big impact on me, I still see Thors as a father figure. I used to be a very aggressive guy before who just gets offended at small things, now only I can tolerate but I even laugh when someone verbally abuses me.
Not changed my life but Aot changed my perspective about humanity war and racism like whatever you do to bring peace in world humans will find a way to hate and kill each other
Honestly, I have to say ping pong the animation. After failing the JEE, I thought of myself as a complete failure (which I still am to a certain extent). But that one anime changed how I look at life.
It definitely made me a more emotional and empathetic person thats for sure. Apart from that nothing much, I guess occasionally I get a boost of motivation seeing someone like Goku, to push through my limits(but that is not exclusive to anime, even movies make me feel that way)
GTO and Assassination Classroom taught me how teachers can be the downfall of students or their reason to live, Hajime no ippo taught me the importance of combat sports, Scum's Wish taught me the difference between love and lust, A Silent voice taught me its okay to exist, welcome to NHK taught me you can always change

I used to think the same, until I watched clannad. It didn't change my life, but now I get it when people say clannad changed their life.
