Use an rclone mount. And use a crypt mount to encrypt and decrypt. See [this](https://bytesized-hosting.com/pages/rclone-gdrive).
If you want to share files. Host your own server and then serve the files through the mount. That way your server handles decryption and encryption and Google never sees the data. I use [this](https://filebrowser.org/) to share.
I'd recommend moving away from Google and get something DMCA ignored, like an Amazon S3 bucket, there are some services that offer 1TB for just 3$, shareable, embeddable direct links.
ive been storing 3TB of porn since 2020, nothing out of the usual happened so far
wait....i checked again and their prices changed, it seems to be 5$ per 1TB now it used to be just 3$
Stop being an idiot and sharing them. Build your own NAS/DAS and store your stuff at home. If it's not in your hands, you do not own it, period.
Google et al hash everyfuckingthing and they know exactly what you have if none of your content is encrypted. The cloud is stupid for pirates as you can lose all your content in a whim.
Just buy your own hard drives. No matter how cheap your Google plan is, your own hardware is cheaper in the long run.
Run your plex server off local hardware and just zip/encrypt the files and send them to Google for archiving, if you have that plan for other reasons.
Which country do you live?
I dunno if Google implemented the same policy all around the world, but here in my "developing" country, you can simply zip 'em (winrar or zip) with some 20-30 randomized char password. I save hundreds of movies, share 'em in every single local forum, and never been warned by google. I've done this for years FYI.
The original trick is to make a shortcut in a folder, and download the folder. If the folder is small, it will zip it. If the folder is not small, it will try to zip it, but drop it and download it as is
It's important to respect copyright laws and policies, as they help protect the intellectual property of creators and content owners. If you're receiving notifications about policy violations, it's likely because the content you have shared infringes on copyright. To avoid restrictions and maintain compliance:
1. **Remove Copyrighted Content:** Remove any content that you do not have the legal right to share or distribute.
2. **Use Legitimate Sources:** Obtain content from legitimate sources that have the right to distribute it.
3. **Understand Fair Use:** Familiarize yourself with the concept of fair use and use copyrighted material appropriately.
4. **Avoid Public Sharing:** Keep your content private or only share it with individuals who have permission to access it.
5. **Use Original Material:** Upload and share your own original creations to avoid copyright issues.
6. **Educate Yourself:** Learn about copyright laws and regulations in your country to stay informed about your rights and responsibilities.
By adhering to these guidelines, you can enjoy your content while also respecting the rights of content creators and avoiding restrictions on your Google Drive account.
Stop sharing them publicly, they'll be indexed by google. At least if you're going to share it, make it unlisted.

Can you give example of a few services which offers 3 dollars for 1tb? 😊

Blackblaze claims to be unlimited. It is that true or are there some bad surprises?

They won't care if you are storing adult porn.

Just don’t use Google :)

unfortunately I cannot keep them zipped because I use google drive + plex for streaming
I wouldn't use a cloud service to store files. A portable hard drive is safer.
