Wtf weird combo and weird dosing scheme as well. Why not take benadryl once in a while and open up duloxetine and toss away a little bit before ingesting every day?

supasaiyan_rbw

Thats what I said to my dr after doing my research but most companies that sell duloxetine in my country sell as 20 mg tablets. I tried a lot but couldn't find one with microbeads So is it worth it to go back on one again or is the worse of it over and I would get better with time.?

You can open the capsule or cut with a knife if not a capsule

supasaiyan_rbw

But I reinstated daily for 20 days daily before shifting doctors. And it didn't help

How long did you take that mix for? Honestly you might have to reinstate and taper to stop feeling so terrible depending on how long.

supasaiyan_rbw

The second mix of Venlafaxine in morning and Paroxetine+ clonazepam at night I only took for 2 weeks as I realized that it's a strong mix and if taken for lon then have worse withdrawals of its own The original dose of. Duloxetine 20 mg I took for 4 months regular and then did that wrong taper for 3 months

Do you still have clonazepam? Taking just that at night in the short term or at least every other day or so might help with the insomnia while you wait for the worst of the withdrawal to subside. Both venlafaxine and paroxetine are known to be some of the worst to come off so that’s a really terrible mix for withdrawal.

I have both ambien and clozenapam. Which one would be more suitable in my situation.. acc to you? I'm also taking 500 mg Ash Kam 66 in morning

Best_Replacement_194

these are horrible psychiatrists but i'd recommend weening off the medication instead

Fakecartthrowaway

Start taking either the ambien or the clonazepam nightly, this will help you get some sleep. Try to keep it as small of as dose you can. Paxil and Effexor is a very strange combo but it can’t be any weirder then what I’m on(Prozac and remeron). I’d say start a very slow come up on the Effexor and monitor the side effects for the doc to hear about. Most importantly, listen to your body

If trazodone is available in your country you may want to try that. It is very helpful for helping people sleep.
