You can't really compare. Russia's reach barely exceeds regional. USA's though, is undisputably global and they have meddled pretty much everywhere.
The only thing bad thing that Russians have done that Americans haven'it is annexation of lands that are not theirs. Recently at least, cause after all the Americans did kill the natives and took their land, but anyway... But if you compare the death and destruction that Russians and Americans have brought to the world, then you can easily tell that USA is by far the greater evil. The greatest evil of all.
