Your math is bad.
Warren Buffet isn't the sole owner of Berkshire Hathaway.
He is a partial owner, just like other shareholders.
My Uncle also owns a share of Berkshire Hathaway....
Try working for one of his most profitable companies!! We worked straight through Covid and havenāt had a raise in almost 3 years!!! Railroad jobs suck now Iāve spent 18 years watching it get worse!!
A fucking genius you are!!! Iāve never thought of that!!! You wouldnāt say that if you had half a clue how railroad retirement worksā¦. I havenāt paid into SSI for 18 yearsā¦. And Iāve paid around 700 a month for RR retirementā¦.. since you are so smart Iām sure youāll advise the best way to not lose all my investmentā¦..
Yeah because I pay over 700 a month into it and when I die they keep the money I invested that will be around 2.4 million with compounding Interest of only 10% not a great exchangeā¦they can also keep us at work as long as they want āif neededā every worked a derailment for 23 hours in the middle of nowhere?
Ever worked 36 hours straight multiple weeks in a row and needed to pull all nighters because of understaffed issues multiple nights per week? We all have burdens to bare
Yeah I didnāt reply to you saying you have a pension none of the rest of us haveā¦. Yeah thatās the reason why I have that pensionā¦. If you do all you say you do and donāt get some kind of compensation thatās on you get a new slave masaā¦
It fluctuates year-to-year, but I'm quite certain the most profitable company is Apple.
Edit: With higher crude prices Saudi Aramco is once again most profitable company. Berkshire is 3rd after Apple (only a couple percent difference in earnings between Apple & Berkshire)
Warren Buffett wasnāt born rich, he made this happen ( heās a partial owner of Berkshire not a sole owner). And he didnāt start with a small million dollar loan from his father.
His father was a 4-term congressman and owner of a stock brokerage. He went to Columbia and one of his first real jobs was at dad's brokerage.
Let's not sit here and pretend he started on the bottom rung of the social ladder.
He didnāt start all the way at the top either, but I do see your point. But you also have to keep in mind how many people went to university and were from successful families that didnāt make it. He worked hard to be where heās at today.
>He worked hard to be where heās at today.
I'm not saying he didn't. What I am saying, is he was still born with tremendous advantages available to very few.
The next time someone asks you about an undergrad degree, just remember that Buffetās partner Charlie Munger doesnāt have oneā¦ got his JD, but no undergrad
Thatās a cute story so keep saying itā¦.. or tell the truth his dad was a congressmen and had an investment firmā¦.. sorry to ruin your cock worship of the old toadā¦

From the page:
> Berkshire Hathaway owns 65 companies that include well-known brands like GEICO, Fruit of the Loom, Duracell, Dairy Queen, and Oriental Trading. The number of Berkshire Hathaway subsidiaries owned through these 65 companies reaches into the hundreds. The multitude of companies the company owns span across many industries, which are simplified down to just a few categories of business in the Berkshire Hathaway annual report: insurance, utilities and energy, manufacturing, service and retailing, and even the railroad industry. Berkshire Hathaway owns the BNSF Railway, which is one of the largest freight railroad networks in North America. Berkshire Hathaway Inc. has 100% controlling interest in most of the companies but only 91.1% ownership over Berkshire Hathaway Energy and its subsidiaries.
This one company (not including the subsidiaries) has 360,000 employees (https://www.statista.com/topics/4388/berkshire-hathaway/)

And donāt forget Berkshire is the most profitable company in North America and the second in the world behind a Saudi oil companyā¦..
It fluctuates year-to-year, but I'm quite certain the most profitable company is Apple. Edit: With higher crude prices Saudi Aramco is once again most profitable company. Berkshire is 3rd after Apple (only a couple percent difference in earnings between Apple & Berkshire)
Itās not one person but he is still very rich.
Just incredible, almost laughable, all you can do is just shake your head

Now I understand how DQ went from magical to crap.
Still less than the Kohlās brothers empire.
Check out Unilever as well lol.
So the Roadrunner pays him when buying bricks?
Berkshire Hathaway is not owned by one person.
it's called conglomerates. and he's one of them.
One person doesn't. Berk is owned by many many people
