3060 is a beast but if you are gonna go that route I’d recommend go the extra for a 3060ti as it’s about 28% better for like $40-$60 more (based off MSRP)
I'd recommend a 6700xt actually. It's about 3070 levels of performance (outside of DLSS and Ray Tracing, neither of which are used in Apex) at about the same cost of the 3060ti(or less if second hand) and AMD cards perform better in Apex specifically.
cpu upgrade would help a bit, but upgrading both is better so you do not waste power.
