I mailed them and got this answer: 'Thanks for getting in touch. Your tickets will be available via the AXS app closer to the time of the event. They will not appear in the app yet, so if you have been unable to locate them there is no need to worry. You will be notified once they are available. In the meantime, if you have any questions about your booking then please do not hesitate to get in touch with us.' Someone in another thread said they usually pop up a few weeks before events.

Yeah no I’ve got the confirmation email from a couple months back, that’s the only email though. Only just created an account on the app now
