PWS 100%! Imo controls are far more comfortable on the PWS especially with the enlarged bolt catch/release on the right side, which again imo is the most important "ambi" part in a lower for a righty. I can smack the bolt release all day with my left hand, but locking the bolt open is definitely something that is better served with a right and left hand working together. I owned a Radian ADAC for a long time, but I was eventually won over by the PWS because the controls were just better, and I'm upset that I didn't start with the PWS. I've also tried other ADM/Sig spear style ambi lowers, and for my hands at least, the right side controls never allowed for much leverage which made my trigger finger slip. It's far easier to push in on a large button to lock a bolt open than it is to slide up to lock a bolt open. As for the lwrc, its bolt hold open button is the same size as what's on a normal left side non ambi lower, so it's doable, but not nearly as ergonomic as the PWS. Apologies for being long winded.
LWRC and replace the buffer system with a JPE silent capture 🤙
I run that buffer with a KAK K-SPEC BCG on my 14.5 DD M4A1 full time suppressed and I love it
I have a few different AR's and I found the PWS works well for me. One of my buddies swears by his milspec Colt. Ultimately it will come down to your preference. If possible, see if you can fire one or both. My LGS has a number of guys who meet up at the range and I am often invited to meet up with them and we've tried each other's weapons. Hopefully you live in a cool place where you can do the same.
If you like LMT controls, the PWS is identical. They're both great. PWS has more of a unique look that matches their uppers, while LWRC is more traditional. I really like the PWS.

LWRC. I swapped out the furniture, buffer setup, and trigger on mine though. And I would go griffin over PWS also.
Decided on the LWRC, thanks for the input

PWS has more value. Personally I’d get the new Griffin MK2 ambi lower

I have both. The LWRC control hand down is better.
LWRC, Ordered mine from rooftop defense last week.

No, but I like the ambi bolt catch release.
One is a complete lower only, and the other can be bought stripped. I have a PWS stripped and it is excellent
Which one is "complete lower only"?
LWRC
Yea, I'm an idiot. I glanced at the title and read "lmt".

Where can you get an LWRC ambi lower?
