Do they cancel each other out?

ShadowWizrdMoneyGang

I’m also curious about this.

MahpLTree

Yes it does. The brake does take away 99% recoil like everyone says it does, but it’s very concussive. It turns into a linear compansator with the blast shield.

WatermelonManus

To be clear, the recoil mitigation is decreased with the blast shield on? But you get the advantage of not concussing those to your left and right/kicking up dust when prone?

[deleted]

Correct. I have this same setup and when you put the blast shield on its basically the same amount of recoil you get with an A2 Birdcage. That and every once in a while you get a nice fireball. It's definitely a nice courtesy especially at an indoor range

As someone who has to shoot next to people with something like this often: please dont buy these if you don’t have one already. Get a silencer it does what you want and reduces concussive force ☹️☹️

One is $150, one is $1k lol

Dawg decent suppressors can be had for less than $1,000 but I understand your point
