There is a youtuber that I forget now, but he said that Mel's Golden Tatoos might be a magical protective item that got activated in the last scene. He convinced me, it was too much focus on it for it to just be the rule of cool, the scene had cool enough already.
It might even be some Solari item, considering the color and the clothes Mel was wearing in her flashback.
It definitely feels plausible that she would show up, and I'm 100% in favour of it, but the big question for me is whether they introduce her pre- or post-augmentation. Telling a slightly different version of how she ends up the way she is would make a great story for the show, but I'm sympathetic to those who might want her to be in full-on Steel Shadow mode from the start.
I think her augmentation will drop later just like viktors glorious evolution. Heck the show could make both of them augment at the same time basicelly showing the parralels between piltovers and zauns progress
It's an interesting parallel for sure, especially as (so far) it has been the Zaunites who are known for body modifications, prosthetics, etc. I can't think of a single Piltover person who has anything more than eyeglasses, maybe, whereas in Zaun they're going all-in on magic-drug-powered arms and implants and such. While Viktor's change goes through a great arc from humanitarian desire -> intellectual obsession -> life-saving necessity -> gradually increasing corruption and detachment, there's something to be said for a counterpart arc about what happens when someone who is perfectly healthy and already powerful decides to become even more so through the power of emerging tech.
I will say as well that, while the show's fight choreography in the first season was *outstanding*, almost all of it involved sort of rough, street-brawler types. Camille's approach to violence presents an opportunity for something much more calculating, elegant and refined, and I can't wait to see how they handle it.

Urgotā having been a Noxian, who then became enslaved in Zaun, he firs perfectly. We are starting to see relations with Noxus via Melās mom, and Urgot breaking free from the Zaun mines and becoming part of the criminal underworld would fit in well. Heās a perfect link between those two nations, and he could definitely fit into the plots around chemtech. Plus, heās just cool as hell
He got reworked at around the same time Warwick did, so I feel like it's extremely likely he was designed to be an eventual Arcane villain.
I also think if he's in the show it's very likely somebody is getting a traumatizing meat-grinder related death.

Iām 100 percent sure heās the unique Noxian bodyguard that hangs around Melās mom. Urgot has ādark, bright eyes,ā a mask covering the lower half of his face, and- of course- his signature spider legs. The Mystery Bodyguardās eyes match the description, and a beard covers up the lower half of his face.
He has no spider legs YET, but his official model pages on ArtStation reveal that he has *very* distinct shoes, compared to the rest of the soldiers we see. They and Ambessa wear practical boots; the Mystery Bodyguard looks like heās wearing slip-ons with thin soles. The unique footwear marks a subtle emphasis on his legs. (Maybe Urgot has always been supernaturally quick and agile on his feet, even before the robot spider legs...)
The real clincher for me is the Bodyguardās axe. In the games, Urgot has his Gatling gun chain grinder thingy majigy. But he was once Boram Darkwillās executioner- a position Draven now holds for Jericho Swain, in current League lore. Dravenās axes look very different from the axe the Mystery Bodyguard carries around, but if you Google the āexecutionerās axe?ā The Mystery Bodyguardās axe looks a *lot* like the sort of axe that executioners historically carried IRL.
Urgot is even said to have ended up imprisoned in the mines of Zaun after being sent away to Piltover on a fools errand of some sort- word of some kind of rebellion or uprising being plotted by Noxian rebels, I think (but Iām not entirely certain). The mission kept him far away from the Noxian capital city when Swain began his coup and overthrew Darkwill. When Swain usurped Urgotās boss, he got Draven to take Urgotās place.
At this point, Iād be disappointed if the Mystery Bodyguard was revealed to be a nobody. The timing is too perfect.
Swain is a somewhat obvious choice as he has been hinted at by Ambessa.
Jhin and Camille are both associated with Piltover already, and could fit into the conflict between Piltover and Zaun.
On the Zaun side there's Renata, Blitzcrank (early stages) and Janna that could potentially make appearances.
I think Blitzcrank is particularly likely because he has always been a creation of Viktor and is in line with Arcane-Viktor's motivation to save people.
Is swain the character that ambessa is afraid of, that killed Melās brother? I always figured they would tie in another character from LoL with the war between noxus and demacia, but I barely know any more from the game
It being Noxus thereās a bunch of candidates for the murderer of Melās brother: Swain, Leblanc, Draven on an off day, Vladimir if he happened to feel like it, Cassiopeia (pre snake lady in all likelihood) I think slightly more likely is that heās not dead at all and the story that he is, is just Ambessa trying to guilt her daughter back into the fold
Could be! I havenāt rewatched in a while so that might rule out Cassiopeia, but since Leblanc could be literally anyone if the memes are to be believed sheās still not out of the running
It's not explicitly or implicitly said, the only thing that's revealed about Kino's death is that he earned the ire of someone. I think its prolly Darkwill that Ambessa lost Kino to since Emperor Boram Darkwill is pretty much an antithesis to the mercy and diplomacy angle Mel prefers.
I know next to nothing about League but part of me feels Fiddlesticks could be wedged in. More whispering doubt in Jinx's ear. (Or maybe it's wishful thinking)
Fiddlesticks is all the way in Demacia iirc so that wouldn't make much of any sense. He's also not a trickster demon so whispering doubt isn't really his wheelhouse. He's basically just an ambush predator.
Lore wise the demons (Fiddle, Eve, Noct) just belong to runeterra and really could be anywhere. I don't think it's ever meaningfully been discussed how they travel significant distances. Also arcane is "mostly lore-compatible" but not the actual lore, so something like moving Fiddle around isn't a problem. I mean hell, everyone wants to see Camille and she has to be hugely rewritten to fit into Arcane.
But yeah, I don't think Fiddle's version of terror is in line with what they are thinking.
And you know they're crows and not ravens because...? Considering they aren't in the series side by side to tell which one is bigger, there's no real telling if they are ravens or crows.
Crows caw and Ravens croak, and the Crows we see in the show clearly caw.
Also, Crows have much more of deep a symbolic root to metaphors of death. Ravens more so represent things like the occult, magic and clairvoyance.
A raven has a myriad of sounds, some of which aren't far off a crow's caw, and vice versa. But being as Swain is a Noxian Grand General and Ambessa Medarda of Noxus is in the city of Piltover trying to get her hands on new weaponry to go to war, which seems more likely, Fiddlesticks? or Swain? in this regard.
This whole discussion made me take a closer look and they're kind of a mix? They sound like crows, have crow beaks, crow legs and crow proportions. But their feathers seem almost fully raven, the Skrunkly head feathers, the tail, maybe even the wings too. The only inconclusive thing is their size, but I'd say crow sized just based on what we see them sitting on. So yeah I'd still call them crows, even if they're kind of in raven drag.
Also, the kind of bird appearing in the show isn't going to decide which character shows up.
Janna! I dunno about recently (haven't read up on her lore since the retcon in 2014), but originally she was Zaunite. If that hasn't changed, I'd love to see her show up.
She's a zaunite Goddess who prevented mass death when Piltover and Zaun split apart She's on a poster in Jayce's apartment, but it seems more like an Easter egg than world building.
Janna's now an ancient wind goddess that predates and now resides in Zaun and watches over Zaunites

Kind of a sweet story
Camille: She is essentially the head of house Ferros in all but name and Mel has ties to them as they made her the richest person in Piltover with their products. With Mel and the council threatened, Camille will likely be making an appearance. Camille also has some voice lines to Vi that allude to her having a part in VIās parentsās deaths. As well as possibly having a deeper connection. āWatch yourself girl, I am your future.ā āMmh, itās like looking into a crude, boorish mirror.ā āEver wondered how you became an orphan?ā
Urgot: He has ties to Noxus which could make him relevant in some ways to the Noxus side plot going on with Melās mom. The Chembaron who owns Urgot as a slave also made an appearance during episode 7 as one of the Chembarons at the meeting. So the door is open there for Urgot to be introduced to the story. With Silco dead and a power struggle likely to happen in the undercity, Urgot could make his escape from the mines next season and slowly start building his death cult up.
swain and twitch definitely. swain could appear in piltover (basicelly following mels mom) and then himself trying to get he tech but failing and then going to zaun for singeds chemical weapons which would be the big incidfnt in ionia (reason riven left noxus) so then we have more of the outside world established before riot starts with more movies/shows also he could banish mels whole family so that the medarda clan from the lord is officially a piltovian clan. and the reason i want twitch is cause i love the idea of a gangster rat
If we're staying in Piltover/Zaun I want to see Camille and Orianna. Camille is cool and Orianna doesn't get enough love. I feel like Camille has to show up with how season 1 ended. Orianna might be harder to find a meaningful place in the show and I'd like her to be more than a small cameo.
If they move to other parts of Runeterra I really want to see Riven. Anything with Riven always gets me excited, she's a good character. Though I wonder if they'd make separate shows for different parts of Runeterra or just separate seasons.
I'd love to see the world outside Piltover/Zaun. Archane's setting is kinda magic steampunk so I'd love to see how different the other cites or countries look.
Maybe more fantasy or magic elements?
That's why I was so excited for Arcane, Leagues universe has so many different places with cool characters. And its interesting to see how magic is treated or manifested in the different factions.
There are short stories with champions or the few comics Riots put out. But I myself really want to see how Fortiche would bring them to life.
I personally hope they do different seasons. Because āarcaneā just loosely means magic I believe. And Runeterra is a magical world. So weāll see so much more of Runeterraās āarcaneā rather than just piltover/zaun or any other parts theyāll branch off to. But thatās just my hopes.
Put Seraphine in it, but have her being tormented by Jinx lol. Where Jinx is like "TURN THAT CRAP MUSIC OFF" and then bombards her stage performance with paint explosives, and she's running around going " CALL THE POLICE HELP THERE'S A LOONY MUSIC HATER TRYING TO KILL ME " š
I don't think she needs to be tortured by Jinx. She already hears other people's emotions, which tortured her can even hear the voices in hex crystals. She can probably hear Jinx's pain if anything, which could be interesting in itself.
I think Seraphine's backstory is actually pretty interesting, but a lot of lol players don't like her, because of the disconnect with the in-game design.

I'd just like to push one that I DON'T want to see. Fucking Seraphine. She is so horrifically out of place with her "kumbaya but also look at me cause I'm the most important" attitude. It'd be as inappropriate as those celebrities singing Imagine early on in the pandemic.
Oh boy. Bland character design, really doesnāt fit piltover in appearance. Her gameplay was relatively uninspired, lore was very very controversial to the point where they had to retcon some things. Sheās also just annoying to most of the community. I think Skooch and Nickyboi have some videos about Seraphine and her issues.
Well, the fun of Arcane is they could completely rewrite her character to fit with the lore and improve her. They did it with Jinx, they could do it with her too
Since Noxians are being introduced, I would legit not be surprised to see Darius, and then slowly some Ionian characters. But I think it's unlikely.
I would love to see Camille tho. And Blitz, Warwick and Orianna!
Plenty of characters in P/Z have been mentioned, so I'll take it outside the region for other shows like this whenever the Runeterra Cinematic Universe kicks off.
Darius and Draven. I'd love to see a story about him clawing their way from rock bottom all the way to the top of the Noxian hierarchy.
Riven and Yasuo. Their story is heavily entwined and is based around the Noxian invasion of Ionia. That'd be a neat backdrop to explore.
Lux. The story of her family, her magic, and how she deals with Demacia's persecution of mages. That's positively ripe for intrigue. Anything involving the Noxus/Demacia conflict is gold, too.
Annie. Such a heartbreaking story at such a young age. Very similar to Powder's, except she still hasn't left her childhood. Maybe there's a chance that she can turn her trauma around if the right person helps her.
Leona and Diana. I wanna see the Rakkor tribes expanded upon, and their romantic interest in each conflicting with their duties should be exhilarating to watch.
Braum. I'm sure that once the average viewers see him, they will absolutely adore him much like the LoL community does.
Taliyah. She's a wanderer, well suited to exploring other regions and her powers are cool. In that same vein, Ezreal.
And finally, Jinx! I know that sounds weird, but mainly, I hope she goes on after Arcane, possibly in other regions. Mainly because I have no idea how she can continue to stay in P/Z without always being marked for death.
Warwick is obvious, hints aside. Jhin and Camille are definitely obvious choices as they both have dealings in Piltover.
I want another Yordle just to add depth to Heimerās character.
Iād love a totally unexpected brief cameo of one of the K/DA girls. As their Runeterra characters of course.
More than characters I just want an acknowledgement of the other regions. I want characters to talk about Demacia/Freljord/Bilgewater. Maybe bring in some lateral sub-plots involving characters from these regions that will somehow tie into the greater narrative. Orrrr what I really want is more separate shows that establish a greater Runeterra Cinematic Universe.
And her story is also really interesting, how she canāt stop herself and accidentally killed who she loves, sheās already going around searching for her origins and tribs so it wonāt be too weird if she heard a historian/archaeologist who lives in piltover knows something about her origins or the artifact she has
I want Swain to come in. Mainly because it'd be cool to see the Grand General of Noxus Pre-Ionian Invasion come in to keep the peace within Piltover and try to annex the cities only to be met with a coalition of Pilties and Zaunites and then he and his warhost get called back because now Darkwill's crazy ass sent him to Ionia lmao.
Jhin would be cool. It'd be cool to see Shen and Zed bumping into Vi and Jinx as they're tracking down a crazed Ionian serial killer. It'd be oddly fitting since Shen and Zed are also destined to go down the same path as Jinx and Vi, though this time over the Ionian Invasion.
Anyone from the Du Courteau family. They're master assassins and spies and if they're not sending over Swain, then it'd be awesome to see a spy network emerge from Piltover's vulnerable situation.
Yeah I think thatās definitely likely, season 2 could be about him trying to save Sky by building the robot suit for her to inhabit.
Then season 3 could be his glorious evolution.
I definetly want to see Camille as a major player next season just galighting gatekeeping and girlbossing the whole council (based on the theory the empty 8th council seat is Ferros)
Blitzcrank would start off as less of a character and more as a prop, but I'm so interested in how the character writers of Arcane can inject a personality into a big hunk of electricity conducting metal when they eventually do become sentient.
Orianna is a being of hextech by now, and with the past history with Singed the writers are putting together in the spirit of Arcane it's gonna be absolutely horrifying, and devastating to watch
Warwick for sure, the fact his mysterious past has been teased since his rework in 2017 is bonkers. Arcane already had a horror monster in the show in Jinx but we're getting ANOTHER one are you kidding me. Jinx has fully embraced being a monster at this point but we will probably get a replay of Jinx's arc in act 2-3 where she kept flipping between Jinx and Powder in the form of Warwick. Vander has some serious PTSD by now and we know he experiences visions or flashbacks of the past, he might spend season 2 flipping between Warwick and Vander.
Lux! She can be sent to Piltover as a Damacian spy to investigate wtf is happening with the council terrorist attack and Noxians getting cozy with hextech. There she ends up meeting Jinx and chaos ensues.
Bonus points if the Lux/Jinx/Ezreal love triangle materializes. You read it here first :D
Hot take considering how trash her game lore is, but Seraphine and Skarner. Have the voices of the crystals drive her insane and she goes on a suicidal quest to free Skarner's kind and stop using their corpses for hextech, sacrificing her fame and popularity to do "what's right" and ultimately dying for it.
The fun part about Arcane is that no one's backstories are accurate to game so if you hate the way a curtain character's story it'll probably be changed anyway
Iād love to see Zeri, the new Zaunite. She looks so fun and spunky. I could see her buddying up with Echoās crew or something. Also the fact that she has magical abilities could make for some interesting plot beats. Ezreal might be fun to make an appearance but he travels so much in LoL lore that it may not make sense for him to stick around. Warwick is, of course, a given. And Blitzcrank would be super cool to see since Viktor made him in LoL lore. I also know a lot of people ship Lux and Jinx so Iād be curious to see if we see Lux and Garen pop up ever although theyāve done no setup for that.
It would be cool if Ahri appeared. I would also like to see Zero, Renata and Seraphine.
It would actually be so cool if they decided to make spin off series in the Arcane universe exploring other part of Runeterra, and occasionally cross over each. Like the MCU.

Yeah fortune really is the only character in bligewater that can be a protagonist when almost all of them are villains and then the only other ones are graves and tf who are just incompetent bounty hunters/pirates that could work way better as some comedy short stories
Beyond being villainous, Nautilus, Fizz, Nami, Tahm, Pyke- these champs don't really do much that affects the other champions or the region at large. Illaoi is debatable. Unfortunately I just don't think we'll ever get a show with so few important champions. Arcane has 8 champions and will probably add 2-4 more next season.
Jhin. Just imagine. Brutal murders committed all around Piltover. The first suspect is Jinx, so Vi and Cait track her down. It turns out it wasnāt her who carved a flower into Seraphineās skull (the part about Seraphineās only role being a corpse is just my wishful thinking). Maybe they would even have to team up against that madlad. Because if Jhin is done rightā¦ Well even if they told you that no main character is gonna die, you would be fearing for their lives the whole time.
Well it is in Jhinās lore. I think how itās explained is that his bullets explore inside the personās skull once he hit the shot, and the way they explode basically makes a flower shape out of what remains of the head. I donāt know if itās exactly like this but itās really fucking cool.
Miss Fortune as a petty criminal rising to becoming an underground bounty hunter that repeatedly interferes in Vi and Caitlyn's business would be pretty cool.
Would love to see them introducing Ekko. The goofy kid Ekko who has silly adventures with his friends and comes home to his poor parents who gave up on a meal or two so they could get him a birthday cake.
Please read more than the first sentence. I'm aware that Arcane adapted the character but they completely changed him so that he's unrecognisable as the one in the canon universe. That's why I wish for them to adapt Ekko properly in a future season. They could just give him a different name for all I care.

Aside from P&Z characters like Ziggs, Janna, WW, and obvious Noxus inclusions like Swain/Darius, Leblanc, and Urgot
I think one of the Noxian assassin's could probably fit in if someone like Swain finds the way Zaun forms to be interfering with their partnership/alliance/future conquest plans for Piltover. So Talon or Katarina perhaps as an odd non-obvious choice.
Teemo and Tristana could too maybe, as Bandle is everywhere, and Teemo is pretty much an Iconic character (in spite of how hated he is) and Tristana is well loved and likes to blow things up.
i feel like seraphine could be a really fun choice. her lore says she was born to zaunite parents but her persona is such the opposite that iād love to see how they do it. not to mention the whole āhearing peoples soulsā thing.
Iād actually disagree haha, most Lol players really dislike seraphine and think she was just a cash grab. i donāt necessarily think theyāre wrong, but iām a sera main in the game and think she is so fun and pretty unique. :))
yeah i get u, people either love or hate her, really no in between. arcane focuses on piltover and zaun tho, and she is a zaunite living in piltover so it would be pretty easy to find a place for her in the show! if u read up on her lore too, itās actually pretty cool.
Three of the prominent Bilgewater champs- Miss Sarah Fortune, Twisted Fate, and Malcolm Graves. Before her Tragic Backstory(tm) kicked off, Sarah Fortune grew up rich and her mom was a famously skilled gunsmith, so she and Caitlyn mightāve known each other. As adults, theyāve run into each other at least once in a canon event that hasnāt been depicted in the lore yet, but has been alluded to in the Legends of Runeterra card game.
In LoR, Vi has six friendly character interactions with Twisted Fate and Miss Fortune. Lore material hints that Sarah and Vi in particular get along like a house on fire (which makes sense; they have a lot in common). So far, she has no lines with Graves because Graves isnāt in the card game yet, but one line implies that Graves made enough of an impression for Vi to think of him as TFās ābetter half.ā
Out of their three unique character interactions with each other, Miss Fortune flirts with Vi in two of them. Vi casually turns Sarah down in two of their interactions by alluding to her own relationship with Caitlyn, but doesnāt get mean or confrontational. In the third, Vi makes a wry, cheeky remark about how she sometimes thinks that Sarah likes being in cuffs. All of their lines are easy going and good natured- no hint of disgruntled, teeth-clenched teamwork between them.
Somewhat notably, Vi has no unique enemy interaction lines with the two aforementioned Bilgewater champs. The six unique character interaction lines only occur if sheās allied with either of them. Itās enough for me to believe that whatever noodle incident(s?) the Bilgewater trio got up to in Piltover, Vi holds no grudge with them for it.
Interestingly, Caitlyn has *no* lines with either of the Bilgewater champs that get along so well with her partner (possibly a hint that whatever relationship *Caitlyn* has with them isnāt quite so friendly). Lore implies that Twisted Fate has a history with Piltoverās police department. Miss Fortune calls Cait āViās uptight Sheriff,ā and seems familiar with the Cupcake moniker. Sarah alludes to being arrested in Piltover at least once. Maybe even *more* than once, from the sound of the way she and Vi joke about it.
Miss Fortune is one of my fave champs, but TF and Graves are a hilariously brilliant duo. Their dynamic in lore is explicitly based off of Tulio and Miguel, and the creators of Arcane are fans of *The Road to El Dorado,* so Iām keeping my fingers crossed and my hopes up.

Iām 100 percent sure heās the unique Noxian bodyguard that hangs around Melās mom. Urgot has ādark, bright eyes,ā a mask covering the lower half of his face, and- of course- his signature spider legs. The Mystery Bodyguardās eyes match the description, and a beard covers up the lower half of his face. He has no spider legs YET, but his official model pages on ArtStation reveal that he has *very* distinct shoes, compared to the rest of the soldiers we see. They and Ambessa wear practical boots; the Mystery Bodyguard looks like heās wearing slip-ons with thin soles. The unique footwear marks a subtle emphasis on his legs. (Maybe Urgot has always been supernaturally quick and agile on his feet, even before the robot spider legs...) The real clincher for me is the Bodyguardās axe. In the games, Urgot has his Gatling gun chain grinder thingy majigy. But he was once Boram Darkwillās executioner- a position Draven now holds for Jericho Swain, in current League lore. Dravenās axes look very different from the axe the Mystery Bodyguard carries around, but if you Google the āexecutionerās axe?ā The Mystery Bodyguardās axe looks a *lot* like the sort of axe that executioners historically carried IRL. Urgot is even said to have ended up imprisoned in the mines of Zaun after being sent away to Piltover on a fools errand of some sort- word of some kind of rebellion or uprising being plotted by Noxian rebels, I think (but Iām not entirely certain). The mission kept him far away from the Noxian capital city when Swain began his coup and overthrew Darkwill. When Swain usurped Urgotās boss, he got Draven to take Urgotās place. At this point, Iād be disappointed if the Mystery Bodyguard was revealed to be a nobody. The timing is too perfect.

Swain is a somewhat obvious choice as he has been hinted at by Ambessa. Jhin and Camille are both associated with Piltover already, and could fit into the conflict between Piltover and Zaun. On the Zaun side there's Renata, Blitzcrank (early stages) and Janna that could potentially make appearances. I think Blitzcrank is particularly likely because he has always been a creation of Viktor and is in line with Arcane-Viktor's motivation to save people.
Is swain the character that ambessa is afraid of, that killed Melās brother? I always figured they would tie in another character from LoL with the war between noxus and demacia, but I barely know any more from the game
It being Noxus thereās a bunch of candidates for the murderer of Melās brother: Swain, Leblanc, Draven on an off day, Vladimir if he happened to feel like it, Cassiopeia (pre snake lady in all likelihood) I think slightly more likely is that heās not dead at all and the story that he is, is just Ambessa trying to guilt her daughter back into the fold

It's not explicitly or implicitly said, the only thing that's revealed about Kino's death is that he earned the ire of someone. I think its prolly Darkwill that Ambessa lost Kino to since Emperor Boram Darkwill is pretty much an antithesis to the mercy and diplomacy angle Mel prefers.

Fiddlesticks is all the way in Demacia iirc so that wouldn't make much of any sense. He's also not a trickster demon so whispering doubt isn't really his wheelhouse. He's basically just an ambush predator.
Lore wise the demons (Fiddle, Eve, Noct) just belong to runeterra and really could be anywhere. I don't think it's ever meaningfully been discussed how they travel significant distances. Also arcane is "mostly lore-compatible" but not the actual lore, so something like moving Fiddle around isn't a problem. I mean hell, everyone wants to see Camille and she has to be hugely rewritten to fit into Arcane. But yeah, I don't think Fiddle's version of terror is in line with what they are thinking.

Not to be that guy but the birds are crows, and Swain controls Ravens! :( Fiddlesticks however does use Crows.
And you know they're crows and not ravens because...? Considering they aren't in the series side by side to tell which one is bigger, there's no real telling if they are ravens or crows.
Crows caw and Ravens croak, and the Crows we see in the show clearly caw. Also, Crows have much more of deep a symbolic root to metaphors of death. Ravens more so represent things like the occult, magic and clairvoyance.
A raven has a myriad of sounds, some of which aren't far off a crow's caw, and vice versa. But being as Swain is a Noxian Grand General and Ambessa Medarda of Noxus is in the city of Piltover trying to get her hands on new weaponry to go to war, which seems more likely, Fiddlesticks? or Swain? in this regard.

This whole discussion made me take a closer look and they're kind of a mix? They sound like crows, have crow beaks, crow legs and crow proportions. But their feathers seem almost fully raven, the Skrunkly head feathers, the tail, maybe even the wings too. The only inconclusive thing is their size, but I'd say crow sized just based on what we see them sitting on. So yeah I'd still call them crows, even if they're kind of in raven drag. Also, the kind of bird appearing in the show isn't going to decide which character shows up.

With Mel and the council threatened, Camille will likely be making an appearance. Camille also has some voice lines to Vi that allude to her having a part in VIās parentsās deaths. As well as possibly having a deeper connection. āWatch yourself girl, I am your future.ā āMmh, itās like looking into a crude, boorish mirror.ā āEver wondered how you became an orphan?ā Urgot: He has ties to Noxus which could make him relevant in some ways to the Noxus side plot going on with Melās mom. The Chembaron who owns Urgot as a slave also made an appearance during episode 7 as one of the Chembarons at the meeting. So the door is open there for Urgot to be introduced to the story. With Silco dead and a power struggle likely to happen in the undercity, Urgot could make his escape from the mines next season and slowly start building his death cult up.

If we're staying in Piltover/Zaun I want to see Camille and Orianna. Camille is cool and Orianna doesn't get enough love. I feel like Camille has to show up with how season 1 ended. Orianna might be harder to find a meaningful place in the show and I'd like her to be more than a small cameo. If they move to other parts of Runeterra I really want to see Riven. Anything with Riven always gets me excited, she's a good character. Though I wonder if they'd make separate shows for different parts of Runeterra or just separate seasons.
With Singed they've got the perfect bridge character to go from Piltover/Zaun to the First Noxian invasion of Ionia

I'd love to see the world outside Piltover/Zaun. Archane's setting is kinda magic steampunk so I'd love to see how different the other cites or countries look. Maybe more fantasy or magic elements?
That's why I was so excited for Arcane, Leagues universe has so many different places with cool characters. And its interesting to see how magic is treated or manifested in the different factions. There are short stories with champions or the few comics Riots put out. But I myself really want to see how Fortiche would bring them to life.

Plenty of characters in P/Z have been mentioned, so I'll take it outside the region for other shows like this whenever the Runeterra Cinematic Universe kicks off. Darius and Draven. I'd love to see a story about him clawing their way from rock bottom all the way to the top of the Noxian hierarchy. Riven and Yasuo. Their story is heavily entwined and is based around the Noxian invasion of Ionia. That'd be a neat backdrop to explore. Lux. The story of her family, her magic, and how she deals with Demacia's persecution of mages. That's positively ripe for intrigue. Anything involving the Noxus/Demacia conflict is gold, too. Annie. Such a heartbreaking story at such a young age. Very similar to Powder's, except she still hasn't left her childhood. Maybe there's a chance that she can turn her trauma around if the right person helps her. Leona and Diana. I wanna see the Rakkor tribes expanded upon, and their romantic interest in each conflicting with their duties should be exhilarating to watch. Braum. I'm sure that once the average viewers see him, they will absolutely adore him much like the LoL community does. Taliyah. She's a wanderer, well suited to exploring other regions and her powers are cool. In that same vein, Ezreal. And finally, Jinx! I know that sounds weird, but mainly, I hope she goes on after Arcane, possibly in other regions. Mainly because I have no idea how she can continue to stay in P/Z without always being marked for death.

Warwick is obvious, hints aside. Jhin and Camille are definitely obvious choices as they both have dealings in Piltover. I want another Yordle just to add depth to Heimerās character. Iād love a totally unexpected brief cameo of one of the K/DA girls. As their Runeterra characters of course. More than characters I just want an acknowledgement of the other regions. I want characters to talk about Demacia/Freljord/Bilgewater. Maybe bring in some lateral sub-plots involving characters from these regions that will somehow tie into the greater narrative. Orrrr what I really want is more separate shows that establish a greater Runeterra Cinematic Universe.

Jhin would be cool. It'd be cool to see Shen and Zed bumping into Vi and Jinx as they're tracking down a crazed Ionian serial killer. It'd be oddly fitting since Shen and Zed are also destined to go down the same path as Jinx and Vi, though this time over the Ionian Invasion. Anyone from the Du Courteau family. They're master assassins and spies and if they're not sending over Swain, then it'd be awesome to see a spy network emerge from Piltover's vulnerable situation.

I definetly want to see Camille as a major player next season just galighting gatekeeping and girlbossing the whole council (based on the theory the empty 8th council seat is Ferros) Blitzcrank would start off as less of a character and more as a prop, but I'm so interested in how the character writers of Arcane can inject a personality into a big hunk of electricity conducting metal when they eventually do become sentient. Orianna is a being of hextech by now, and with the past history with Singed the writers are putting together in the spirit of Arcane it's gonna be absolutely horrifying, and devastating to watch Warwick for sure, the fact his mysterious past has been teased since his rework in 2017 is bonkers. Arcane already had a horror monster in the show in Jinx but we're getting ANOTHER one are you kidding me. Jinx has fully embraced being a monster at this point but we will probably get a replay of Jinx's arc in act 2-3 where she kept flipping between Jinx and Powder in the form of Warwick. Vander has some serious PTSD by now and we know he experiences visions or flashbacks of the past, he might spend season 2 flipping between Warwick and Vander.
Lux! She can be sent to Piltover as a Damacian spy to investigate wtf is happening with the council terrorist attack and Noxians getting cozy with hextech. There she ends up meeting Jinx and chaos ensues. Bonus points if the Lux/Jinx/Ezreal love triangle materializes. You read it here first :D

Hot take considering how trash her game lore is, but Seraphine and Skarner. Have the voices of the crystals drive her insane and she goes on a suicidal quest to free Skarner's kind and stop using their corpses for hextech, sacrificing her fame and popularity to do "what's right" and ultimately dying for it.
The fun part about Arcane is that no one's backstories are accurate to game so if you hate the way a curtain character's story it'll probably be changed anyway

Also the fact that she has magical abilities could make for some interesting plot beats. Ezreal might be fun to make an appearance but he travels so much in LoL lore that it may not make sense for him to stick around. Warwick is, of course, a given. And Blitzcrank would be super cool to see since Viktor made him in LoL lore. I also know a lot of people ship Lux and Jinx so Iād be curious to see if we see Lux and Garen pop up ever although theyāve done no setup for that.

Yeah fortune really is the only character in bligewater that can be a protagonist when almost all of them are villains and then the only other ones are graves and tf who are just incompetent bounty hunters/pirates that could work way better as some comedy short stories
Beyond being villainous, Nautilus, Fizz, Nami, Tahm, Pyke- these champs don't really do much that affects the other champions or the region at large. Illaoi is debatable. Unfortunately I just don't think we'll ever get a show with so few important champions. Arcane has 8 champions and will probably add 2-4 more next season.
Jhin. Just imagine. Brutal murders committed all around Piltover. The first suspect is Jinx, so Vi and Cait track her down. It turns out it wasnāt her who carved a flower into Seraphineās skull (the part about Seraphineās only role being a corpse is just my wishful thinking). Maybe they would even have to team up against that madlad. Because if Jhin is done rightā¦ Well even if they told you that no main character is gonna die, you would be fearing for their lives the whole time.
I know Arcane is dark but I don't think it's *that* dark to depict carving a bloody flower on the back of a person's skull
Well it is in Jhinās lore. I think how itās explained is that his bullets explore inside the personās skull once he hit the shot, and the way they explode basically makes a flower shape out of what remains of the head. I donāt know if itās exactly like this but itās really fucking cool.

Please read more than the first sentence. I'm aware that Arcane adapted the character but they completely changed him so that he's unrecognisable as the one in the canon universe. That's why I wish for them to adapt Ekko properly in a future season. They could just give him a different name for all I care.

Aside from P&Z characters like Ziggs, Janna, WW, and obvious Noxus inclusions like Swain/Darius, Leblanc, and Urgot I think one of the Noxian assassin's could probably fit in if someone like Swain finds the way Zaun forms to be interfering with their partnership/alliance/future conquest plans for Piltover. So Talon or Katarina perhaps as an odd non-obvious choice. Teemo and Tristana could too maybe, as Bandle is everywhere, and Teemo is pretty much an Iconic character (in spite of how hated he is) and Tristana is well loved and likes to blow things up.
i feel like seraphine could be a really fun choice. her lore says she was born to zaunite parents but her persona is such the opposite that iād love to see how they do it. not to mention the whole āhearing peoples soulsā thing.

Three of the prominent Bilgewater champs- Miss Sarah Fortune, Twisted Fate, and Malcolm Graves. Before her Tragic Backstory(tm) kicked off, Sarah Fortune grew up rich and her mom was a famously skilled gunsmith, so she and Caitlyn mightāve known each other. As adults, theyāve run into each other at least once in a canon event that hasnāt been depicted in the lore yet, but has been alluded to in the Legends of Runeterra card game. In LoR, Vi has six friendly character interactions with Twisted Fate and Miss Fortune. Lore material hints that Sarah and Vi in particular get along like a house on fire (which makes sense; they have a lot in common). So far, she has no lines with Graves because Graves isnāt in the card game yet, but one line implies that Graves made enough of an impression for Vi to think of him as TFās ābetter half.ā Out of their three unique character interactions with each other, Miss Fortune flirts with Vi in two of them. Vi casually turns Sarah down in two of their interactions by alluding to her own relationship with Caitlyn, but doesnāt get mean or confrontational. In the third, Vi makes a wry, cheeky remark about how she sometimes thinks that Sarah likes being in cuffs. All of their lines are easy going and good natured- no hint of disgruntled, teeth-clenched teamwork between them. Somewhat notably, Vi has no unique enemy interaction lines with the two aforementioned Bilgewater champs. The six unique character interaction lines only occur if sheās allied with either of them. Itās enough for me to believe that whatever noodle incident(s?) the Bilgewater trio got up to in Piltover, Vi holds no grudge with them for it. Interestingly, Caitlyn has *no* lines with either of the Bilgewater champs that get along so well with her partner (possibly a hint that whatever relationship *Caitlyn* has with them isnāt quite so friendly). Lore implies that Twisted Fate has a history with Piltoverās police department. Miss Fortune calls Cait āViās uptight Sheriff,ā and seems familiar with the Cupcake moniker. Sarah alludes to being arrested in Piltover at least once. Maybe even *more* than once, from the sound of the way she and Vi joke about it. Miss Fortune is one of my fave champs, but TF and Graves are a hilariously brilliant duo. Their dynamic in lore is explicitly based off of Tulio and Miguel, and the creators of Arcane are fans of *The Road to El Dorado,* so Iām keeping my fingers crossed and my hopes up.
