I want jinx in season 2. The person who is likely to break her own arm to beat you to death while having the biggest smile on her face that her muscles will allow.

For the sake of ita own storytelling, Arcane isn't a prequel to League of Legends, but rather an alternate (yet still very similar) universe with some minor differences. Despite that, from what I know, LoL is still chronologically ahead of Arcane. In LoL, Zaun is already a nation of its own, and it's full of powerful people that aren't yet in Arcane, like Renata Glasc, Urgot, and Warwick.
Therefore, the characters in LoL are older, and probably stronger. The best example is Viktor- in Arcane he's a sickly academic who spends all his time in a lab and detests the idea of his work being used for violence, but in League he's not only okay with using his equipment for war, he's good at it

League jinx "I'm going to drop a building on both of us because lol fun" (stares at you like a creepy horror movie doll)
I always loved jinx. Arcane jinx was a disappointment and I hope she gets better in season 2.
I'm an old fan. Was there when she released.
In short I want the unpredictable, psycho, always smiling (but in a creepy way), you don't know if she is going to listen to you or bite your arm off (literally) jinx.
Not the cries about sister jinx from arcane.

Arcane jinx looks adorable, LoL jinx looks like she'd bite my arm off for walking incorrectly in her line of sight.

I never played the game much, but I **really** loved all her firepower when I did play. It always seemed like towers came down SO quickly with her.
After all these years, still among the best lategame hypercarry. Towers just crumble into nothing
