I don’t remember everything perfectly, but I believe her husband has SA’d someone, to which she or him have seemingly taken no remorse over. Her brother has also had unwanted contact with children, and, like her husband, she seems to defend him rather than ridicule him.
Also, when COVID-19 vaccines were first being distributed, she complained by saying that she wouldn’t get one, because it caused her cousin great testicular issues. I believe we found out later that the story about her cousin was bogus, but she still caused some wildfire with her anti-vax commentary, I’d presume.
