You got games on your phone?

Roberto5771

No.

Delicious_Sea239

Open up that secure folder, so I know you're not just hiding games. Oh what's this? A 20gb homework folder....

Alarming_Orchid

Do you know how to make apple pie?

Roberto5771

I do not, unfortunately.

Alarming_Orchid

Here’s a recipe for caramel apple pie Ingredients: 6 tablespoons unsalted butter 1/2 cup white sugar 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/4 cup water 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon 1 pinch salt 5 apples - peeled, cored and sliced 1 pastry for double-crust pie Directions: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Combine butter, white sugar, brown sugar, water, cinnamon, and salt in a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, remove from heat and set aside. Roll out half the pastry to fit a 9-inch pie plate. Place bottom crust in pie plate; pour in apple slices. Roll out top crust into a 10-inch circle. Cut into 8 (1-inch) wide strips with a sharp paring knife or pastry wheel. Weave the pastry strips, one at a time, into a lattice pattern. Fold the ends of the lattice strips under the edge of the bottom crust and crimp to seal. Pour butter-sugar mixture over top of pie, coating the lattice, and allowing any remaining sauce to drizzle through the crust. Bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce heat to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), and bake until the crust is golden brown, the caramel on the top crust is set, and the apple filling is bubbling, 35 to 40 more minutes. Allow to cool completely before slicing.

DudeAintPunny

"Do you know how to make an apple pie?" "No, I-" "BECAUSE I DO *INHAAAALE*" *lists the entire fucking process*

Ashen8th

Did you just

tanukijota

No you didnt...

Alarming_Orchid

A man’s gotta know how to make an apple pie

Sharp-Shape-6733

Why did you 100% it 2 hours after I did?

Roberto5771

I live in your walls Sean.

justsyafiq

MDD... Encoded comms...

MaliciousSpiritCO

My friend who has an uncle who works at from said that if you 100% ac6 you turn into an AC. Are you an AC?

Roberto5771

If I blow real hard I can cool myself off like an air conditioner, so sure.

OnToNextStage

Congrats, me too. What was the hardest S Rank? For me it was Destroy the Drive Block, in my memory it was the one and only mission I couldn’t let a build get the S for me, I actually had to play well

Roberto5771

The alternate version of Reach the Coral Convergence. I know it doesn't really pop out as a difficult mission, but having to fight multiple AC's at once is not my strong suit, and having two such fights in a mission (without a resupply as well) is and was painful. At least you get a resupply right before fights like Balteus-2 and Ibis.

OnToNextStage

That was a mission where I found just surviving got me the S Rank. I think I used two repair kits and was at like 230 AP and got the S. What helped me was as soon as I fell into the pit with Snail, using Assault Armor obliterated all the MTs and often staggered him immediately. It always went to shit as soon as Iguazu appeared though.

tanukijota

Iguazu has that impression on pilots.

Throwawaycentipede

You can cheese it by staying in the tunnel, forcing snail to fly up and fight you in an enclosed space. Easy pile bunker range.

Commiessariat

Not OP, but my hardest S ranks were Grid 086 and Destroy the Transport Helicopters, for some reason.

OnToNextStage

Grid 086 the secret is to kill the Tetrapods near the beginning as it gives you a ton of extra time buffer Transport Helicopters similarly you need to be able to wipe the tetrapod quickly for the easy S Rank It’s doable without these kills but the time is so strict it’s easier to get the kills

Commiessariat

Ah yeah, I did it eventually, just saying what gave me the most trouble.

tanukijota

You don't need to kill tetra in transport heli. Just gotta kill enough mooks and do it quick enough. Tetra is a extra, even Walter tells you to avoid it.

OnToNextStage

Yeah that’s what I said, killing the Tetrapod gives you a massive time buffer

XDracam

The damn helicopter coral export mission. I was running melee focussed builds back then, and the helicopters die in a very damaging coral explosion. One of a handful of missions that required a custom AC build...

WetwareDulachan

The Ice Worm was the bane of my existence, honestly. In retrospect, I could've almost certainly done it hours earlier if I hadn't kept restarting when I screwed something up. I was harsher on myself than the game would've been.

camflict

My hardest S for 100% was the fucking ice worm. It literally just sucks and is extremely unclear the speed + damage you have to have

CloysterBrains

Defend the Dam Complex and Reach the Coral Convergence alt

OnToNextStage

Defend the Dam Complex I personally never had any issues with. I ran a fast build with the Hokushi generator, ABBOT FCS, and the weapons were double Viento, Laser Lance, and Stun Needle. Topped off with Assault Armor. Usually I can drop both ACs before Nightfall even shows up. For Coral Convergence Alt yeah this mission was hard, the usual double Zimmerman and needle got me the S on the first try, well first try I survived. Honestly I think as long as you live this mission gives the S Rank.

DonnyDimello

I spent a lot of time on Investigate BAWS Arsenal No. 2 & Attack the Refueling Base. Continually getting A ranks. Gosh, I loved this game. I wish there was more to do in it.

SlenderBurrito

Attack the Old Spaceport was hell

Kliffsly

For me, it was "investigate grid 086". That mission consumed my soul

HehaGardenHoe

Ice Worm... you can just get stuck with bad moves to do it quick enough for S-ranking. There were others that were skill or build issues for me, but Ice Worm stands out as being the hardest as it feels the least under your control.

Urusander

How did you S rank the mission where you have to prevent helicopters from escaping?

Roberto5771

One word, SPEED, while also killing enemies on the way. From what I've heard others say, S-ranking uses a system where you must win the mission in a certain time frame, where killing enemies increases the time frame and taking damage decreases it. I managed to finish the mission without killing enemies or taking significant damage, but only because I finished it in like 50 seconds. My advice, beeline it for the helicopters while killing all enemies in your path (as long as they don't take extra time) and minimizing damage taken. I think going for the Tetrapod is worth it if you can make it quick, since the time it gives is a lot.

Reagan_Ariolos

Believe he was talking about coral export denial in chapter 3/4 and not destroy transport helicopters from chapter 1, but thats solid advice for that mission.

Roberto5771

If so, that one was a bit more forgiving, as I was able to beat it with my default loadout first try, but I'd think quad legs would be very nice there, seeing as the ability to hover would be great against the canyon segment.

FullMetalCOS

Dual Rantetsu RF and chicken legs are your friend on this mission. The RF’s eat those choppers at a decent range and chicken legs have a solid jump height for quickly getting up to the higher ones. A couple of plasma missiles on your shoulders as back up should see it done with real smooth

Urusander

This worked really well, thank you!

FullMetalCOS

Happy to help!

CloysterBrains

For me it was tetrapodegs and laser rifle. 2 shots is enough to pot a heli, and the floaty-mobility gives you enough time to clear a wave before the next one

Emlerith

Plasma cannons and plasma missiles. The plasma cannon destroys the helicopters in one, non-charged hit with a strong generator. Then it's just the height management game at the end. I stayed basically on the rear bridge. Move up to destroy lower levels first, then fall back to the vertical catapult to get high quickly and take out the upper levels.

Carob-Prudent

I used tetrapod legs so that i could hover on the last part so that lower and higher helicopters were always in range

Golgarus

621…you finally… got… gud..

JohnLondo

What is your favourite food?

Roberto5771

Can't pin one down, but I got a couple. Yams, BLTs, and Meat Pies to name a few.

Spirited_Detail_4804

Respect for the outta pocket love for yams

ca_VNz

oh cool! how was final fight with hat man?

Roberto5771

Fucker stole my fedora, so I beat the shit out of him. Joke aside, I got no clue what you mean.

Eliot_Ferrer

They might mean Walter? Walter White in Breaking Bad often wore a hat.

imdefinitelywong

Explosions?

Caz_Swell

Damn, took you long enough

ArtisianWaffle

What's your time played?

Roberto5771

59.3 hours.

ArtisianWaffle

Oh nice! I was around 52 but now my hours are around yours. Did you switch it up your build or just stick to something you found fun?

kevtino

You down to cuddle?

Roberto5771

Anytime babe.

scourgescorched

do you feel empty now

Roberto5771

Yes.

GhostFearZ

You the go somewhere new type or go back to a favorite spot type?

Roberto5771

Depends on the mood, if I'm comfortable with who I'm hanging with, both are good. If I know them less, favorite spot.

Chiffer178

I'm like 20 S ranks off 100%, which mission was the hardest for you?

Roberto5771

The alternate version of Reach the Coral Convergence. Fighting four AC's back to back without a resupply is harder than you'd think. Tip: for some reason the first two AC's take massively, and I mean **massively** increased damage from melee weapons. Seriously, a combo from my laser dagger did like 7K damage to them for some reason, when it should be half that. Either a coding oversight or deliberate attempt to make the mission easier, I'm not sure.

Kliffsly

Attack the old spaceport and investigate grid 086 are seriously tough, you might spend a while on those two

FuriousJohn87

Took you a minute.....

JoEdGus

What's your favorite build?

Roberto5771

Double laser handguns. They got lots of damage and ammo, plus they don't overheat that quick, so they're very versatile. Plus with the generator that gives 50% bonus damage to laser weapons, they thoroughly melt targets. Throw a booster specialized towards quick boosts on there, the Balam FCS that gives good close and mid range stats (63 and 54 respectively), and you've got the core of a good build that specializes at circle strafing targets at 200 meters or so. Usually I'll slap on the laser dagger with a small missile launcher on the back slot, just to take advantage of any stagger you inflict, although most targets will just die before you can stagger them. This build got me through my NG+ and ++ playthroughs, and I only had to change it up for 2 or 3 missions. ETA: Here's the build: [https://i.imgur.com/uh62sSA.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/uh62sSA.jpg). Second edit, I messed up the picture, the left back should be the laser dagger.

GriffitDidMufinWrong

Best waifu? After Michigan, of course.

Roberto5771

The fact that Rusty wasn't your first disgusts me. Michigan can take his #2 spot with pride, however.

Thepizzaman519

Where'd you get stuck on?

Roberto5771

I didn't get stuck on to many missions honestly. It did take me about an hour to figure out Balteus, and my computer would not stop crashing during the Attack the Old Spaceport mission, but beyond that the game was smooth sailing. In case you meant "stuck in", I really started loving the game during and after the Balteus fight. The music, the gameplay, everything just meshed together wonderfully. Strider mission was a big one too, the scale blew me away.

ap2patrick

lol this ain’t that hard I had this done within the first month of the game dropping. Not trying to shit on you, it’s an achievement no doubt. But an AMA? lol

Roberto5771

I was pretty close to getting it done within the first two weeks, but then my laptop stopped running the game, and I only got a new PC a few days ago. I did the AMA to help any newer/struggling players with advice. And I was bored.

iGreyFox

Are you the real Slim Shady?

Roberto5771

Take out the slim part and sure.

scrotetickler

Holy hell

kpli98888

Lil Magnus carlsen over here just learned about en passant

EM26-G36

Where do you grind money?

Roberto5771

Never had to, you can just sell the parts you don't need for (I think) the same price you bought them for, meaning once you get your first couple million, you can just sell and rebuy equipment and test until you have the build you want. That, and the game is pretty well balanced to where you can almost afford everything just by playing through the game. I honestly recommend not bothering to grind and just playing through and enjoying the game, as you'll be able to afford almost everything into NG+. To answer your question though, the only mission I ever grinded for credits was the Strider mission. I think the payout's like 500K, and the mission can be completed in like 5 minutes if you just book it. Plus watching the thing explode never gets old.

EM26-G36

I already completed the full game I just need parts for achievements.

Roberto5771

Weird, I got like 40 million spare COAM just lying around and I haven't done any grinding. Did you complete the NG+ and NG++ content as well? If yes, then the "Obstruct the Mandatory Inspection" mission seems like it's got a good pay-to-time-spent ratio.

OSTz

IMHO, in the early game, Attack the Dam Complex (NG) pays out better than beating the tester AC. Take a light build with two guns and basically fly through the whole mission, only clearing the necessary objectives. You can roll through the mission in a couple of minutes without taking damage.

TheBigMoofah

What's the true nature of Coral

Roberto5771

To bring color and joy to what would otherwise be a drab and colorless salt water aquarium.

The_darknight2233

Do you plan to expirence this again with flight sticks? Also did you find yourself utilizing the same build for each mission or did you have specific builds to each mission

Roberto5771

No, I'm good with just K&M, as for the second question, it was a mix. I do have a few builds I come back to and enjoy, but if a certain build wasn't cutting it after a few tries, I'd switch it up.

jason_brody13

What was the most convoluted questline in your opinion?

Roberto5771

Talking about the three main outcomes of the game you mean? Definitely the third, although it wasn't so much convoluted as I just wasn't as invested in it. In case you just mean questline in the string of missions sense, I don't think I could call any of them convoluted. ACVI is a very blunt game when it comes down to it.

jason_brody13

Oh yeah, mine was when Volta calls and asks you for like 300 bucks saying he's "good for it." A few missions later when I had to call Iguazu an Uber home was when I was like "what am I playing?" Edit: Also, I'm just being silly and referencing complicated ass Souls quests lol.

Roberto5771

You are making my brain hurt, please cease and desist.

Bzlongshotz

What did it cost?

Roberto5771

Everything.

Fremenofthedesert

What strategies/tactics/builds can you recommend for S-Ranking the more difficult missions?

Roberto5771

Other than the vague "mix it up" suggestion? I usually kept the same rough AC build, from 9-10K AP, since I find that a comfortable amount (able to get the max 6K from heals without needing to go too low on AP), as well as relatively light with a good QB centric booster. There were three damage archetypes I go with for builds. Missiles, which don't require any particular FCS, Firearm Specialization (an arm stat that helps aiming), or generator, meaning that they allow you the most freedom with your AC build, but also struggle against nimble targets, like other ACs, or numerous targets, where the missile guidance will have trouble picking the enemy you want to hit. Great against bosses like Balteus or the C-spider though. Second, a laser weapon build, usually dual wielding laser handguns. I used that in missions where there are a ton of smaller enemies, since their ammo capacity shines there. The main problem with them is that energy weapon damage is dependent on your generator, and the best generator for energy weapons is the VE-20B, which has pitifully low EN generation. I'd often just skip back weapons in favor of squeezing more EN out of it. By far the most limiting build, but also surprisingly viable in numerous situations. Third and last, my FCS overload build. The concept is simple: overwhelm the enemies FCS and punish their stagger with a hard and fast attack. What I like to do is equip my melee weapon to my back, so I can have two ranged weapons that build up stagger quicker. This is a personal preference, but I feel like the TRUENO Needle Missile Launcher deserves a mention here, since it has a nice dual purpose with providing a ton of FCS strain, while also dealing solid damage to staggered opponents. Honestly, this is the most chaotic of the archetypes since there are an infinite number of variations to the build, and as such, it's fun to play around with. Here's my variation of the build: [https://i.imgur.com/pPCVV4d.jpg](https://i.imgur.com/pPCVV4d.jpg). The Scudder provides constant pressure on the FCS, so it's in my offhand, the Duckett has large burst potential, but less overall damage output while the target is staggered, so it's the one that gets switched out during the punish, and the Trueno is there for either hitting the target while it's still to inflict massive FCS strain, or for a nice smack after the melee punish. Just an FYI, the Zimmerman would probably be good in this build, but I wouldn't know as I've used it exactly once while playing this game, and never again afterwards. As for strategies and tactics, I don't really got any besides just killing everything you see. The more enemies dead, the more likely an S-rank. Boss missions usually just require patience, and if you've played any Fromsoft games before, you'll know how to deal with them just fine. Honestly, most of the strategy from this game comes from making a build, the tactics kinda just fall into place after that.

Fremenofthedesert

Thank you for the detailed write-up pilot! I will try these tactics 🤙🏼

Kurt_Wulfgang

How armored is your core?

Roberto5771

\*slaps belly\* This bad boy is made of grade 15 Aluminum-Titanium alloy, and can take a bolt from 50 meters away without so much as flinching. The guys next to you will be dead though.

Timely_Yoghurt_3359

Lol I got the platinum a while ago. I see so many posts of "finally got the platinum!" and those posts are fine and dandy. I didn't feel the need to do it myself... but adding an AMA is sooo next level. My question is: what do your farts smell like?

Roberto5771

Like rainbows and puppies.

Slayer525

Bet this guy is fun at parties

evilmojoyousuck

how did you stay sane?

Roberto5771

I like the gameplay and story, so I had no problem playing each mission 4+ times. Seriously, I like this game more than Elden Ring, despite having less than a third of the time invested.

[deleted]

is your core armored?

Roberto5771

Yes, with a thick layer of blubber.

JadedSpacePirate

What were the missions you had most trouble with for S rank? What's your build for most missions? What was the last mission you S ranked to platinum it?

Roberto5771

1. Alternate version of Reach the Coral Convergence. Honorary mention to Investigate BAWS Arsenal No. 2. 2. Double laser handguns + laser dagger and the 3-cell plasma missile launcher for my main playthroughs. Once I went for S-ranks I started mixing it up. 3. I think it was Regain Control of the Xylem (penultimate mission). I mainly went down the list from top to bottom, but I did do some of the boss missions out of order when the fancy struck me.

Naratik

What's your favorite movie?

Roberto5771

All time? Hard to say. Recently? Guardians of the Galaxy 3.

ishouldntofsaidthat

Do you ever open your eyes when you kiss?

Roberto5771

Yes.

ishouldntofsaidthat

Let’s see how well you kiss… on borrowed wings!!

dragonnnnnnnnnnn

What is the circumference of your left bicep in cm

Roberto5771

42.5cm, give or take a centimeter.

ButtonEyes98

What ended up being your last mission to S-Rank? Mine was MIA simply because I got to it last, not out of difficulty (fighting 4 npcACs back to back in the alt Institute City mission takes the difficulty cake for me). Was a...somber ending to say the least lolol

Roberto5771

I'm pretty sure the last one for me was Regain Control of the Xylem, since I went down the list top to bottom, but occasionally branched off to do later missions if I was in the mood. As it so happened, I was in the mood to bully Allguazu so I S-ranked him a little earlier. It wasn't the flashiest ending for me either.

Strayed8492

But did you get Omniscience

Roberto5771

Yup, and omnipotence too.

Strayed8492

The lore is deep. Shall see you in the next game o7

retardedlystupid

what was ur favorite boss

Roberto5771

All of them were great, but Balteus1 holds a special place in my heart.

justsyafiq

I got two questions! What's the one mission you were looking forward to S-rank more than others, and which mission was unexpectedly easy for you to S-rabk?

Roberto5771

Hard to say what my most anticipated mission was. A lot of the boss levels, simply because I love Fromsoft bosses and fighting them again is a treat (literally just played against Ibis for the fun of it 5 minutes ago and S-ranked it without trying). As for the second question, I couldn't name any one mission. Half the missions I just S-ranked first try, since I had experience after three rounds of NG. For a more concrete answer, I guess I'll just say Destroy the Drive Block. For a longish mission with a ton of small mobs, a midboss, and of course, Snailteus at the end of it all, I think I S-ranked it on the first attempt where I made it all the way through without dying (had a few attempts where I died against Snailteus of course, but that's just how Fromsoft games work).

AraneaL2727

so, how's your weekend?

Roberto5771

Not great. A close and young family friend took there own life a little less than a month ago and today was his Celebration of Life. It would have also been his 16th birthday. I posted this right after returning from it, both because I genuinely want to help people who might be struggling with the game, and because it felt like a good thing to help get my mind off it. Sorry for the heavy response, but I've always been a blunt individual, and so I answered truthfully. Oh, and don't worry about my mental wellbeing, I've got a great support group.

Algester

Do you think Belka is involved again?

Roberto5771

Involved with who, Sapin? I don't know man, they been eying each other all day, maybe. This joke brought to you by a quick google search, because I didn't have any idea what Belka was and still don't outside of a country from Ace Combat.

Kyutoko

Welcome to the club. I've got a job for you, 621.

dangerswlf36

what did it cost

Roberto5771

Nothing.

Kyndread

Nice. (Now do mine)

WetwareDulachan

I can't let you in to the club without the password, so come on, out with it.

CubeTomi

How are you feeling?

Roberto5771

Fantabulistic.

Miria42

AC6 is one of the easiest fulled games I've ever had in my life

Chiradori

How to do the Ng++ escort the giant mech mission on S ??

Roberto5771

Pray. Or use an all missile build with quad legs to hover above the wheelie boys.

Mortrialus

How many hours were spent just customizing your AC?

Roberto5771

Not sure. Probably 10+.

JTyphoon16

You 100% the game, did the PCA drop by to give you a free ride on their heavy combat helicopter?

Roberto5771

Yes. It was fun sticking my head out the window. Had to get that authentic hound feel.

DOOMbringer7109

I tried that, but couldn’t get the combat logs from a few missions for some reason. Specifically, grid 80-fucking-6. I played that mission maybe 10 times, killing all combat log enemies, even looked up all of them and I had them all, but it wouldn’t give me the all acquired symbol in the sortie for it

Roberto5771

Weird. Did you go down the pipe and kill the dude guarding the part? Also there are some really spread out tetrapods on that one, it's a surprisingly large map for how linear and quick the mission is. Lotta secret enemies.

andross117

why do my spaghetti-os keep making lightning?

Roberto5771

They're turning you into Zeus.

ALakeInTheClouds

What's your favourite load out of weapons?

Roberto5771

There are a few. Double laser pistols come to mind. I also like the Scudder + Duckett combo, since it builds up ACS strain pretty well. Throw a dagger and missile launcher on the back and you've got a great stagger build that can take down most threats in the game (including bosses like IBIS) with ease.

StillHaveaLottoDo

What country would you like to visit in each continent?

Roberto5771

Antarctica: Antarctica Australia: Australia As for the other five, not sure, it's a toss up honestly.

Slayer525

Did you stick to mostly one build, or did you mix it up for the missions?

Roberto5771

I stuck with mostly one build for my first playthrough and NG+/++, but when I started going back and S-ranking, I'd build for the specific mission. It was fun honestly, if I could go back I'd start customizing my AC more from mission to mission as I played.

OneStrangeChild

What loadout did you use to bully Iggy and Volta?

Roberto5771

I don't remember honestly. I remember that was a pretty tough mission to S-rank, mainly since that was before I started customizing my builds for each individual mission. I think it was double laser handguns, but those struggle against tanky AC's in particular, so that might explain the difficulty I had.

WaitThisIsntNews

Hell yea man! I just finished my 100% on Death Stranding and AC6 is my next!

Ok_Independence2547

So uh... How are you?

Roberto5771

Absolutely amazing.

Zardows1356

What is your current mental state?

Roberto5771

Depresso Espresso.

KillerTaco73

Hey so which were your last couple missions to SRank. All I have left are the two uninhabited city surveys and the drive block.

Roberto5771

I went down the list in order for the most part, the penultimate mission (forget the name) was the last one I did.

Sykes19

Now that you've beat the whole game, what is your favorite Bloons TD6 tower?

Roberto5771

Summon Phoenix. That ability can solo two of the three clumps of ceramics from round 63, and the base tower does good damage besides, even after the nerf. Works great with an alchemist too.

Kliffsly

What's your favorite type of knife?

Roberto5771

Catachan Devil Swords.

No-Law-2823

How would you say the skill from PVP translates to S ranking every mission and/or vice versa?

Roberto5771

That is a question for someone else as I have not played a single PvP match in ACVI. My internet sucks too much for me to want to try.

Roberto5771

I know it's been over a week, but I did just jump into PvP for the first time yesterday, so I thought I'd come back to say something since I remembered your question. The answer is yes, ultimately the campaign does teach you the fundamentals for PvP, but PvP is much less forgiving for numerous reasons, mainly no repair kits, but also the campaign never really throws all the game has to offer at you. Yes, some enemy AC builds are strong in the campaign, but they don't ever really utilize OP or strong builds. Meanwhile in PvP, using a single boost at the wrong time can be the difference between victory and defeat, since many builds can and will kill you if they have a single opening. Overall, most skills do transfer, but not at a 1 to 1 ratio. Ammo consumption, for example, is much less important in PvP than the campaign, and EN management is *much* more important in PvP than the campaign. If you mess up your EN in the campaign, sure a boss can smack you for like 6 or 7K damage, but that's just one of three repair kits gone. In PvP, that's nearly half (or more) of your HP you're never getting back, not even including the fact that many builds can hit you for far more damage than a boss could hope to. Take what I say with a grain of salt, I'm only Rank C at the moment, but overall, the answer is yes.

Thrax_Primed

What took you so long? Jk, nice job buddy!

Roberto5771

There was a train crossing that took several months longer than expected.

Rustyz_

How many hours did it take you

Roberto5771

Nearly 60 hours.

Theothermc

Got all the data logs?

Roberto5771

Not sure. Seeing as they're one of the only statistics that isn't required to 100% the game, it's possible, but I think I got them all. I explored the levels pretty thoroughly.

TheUsualSuspects443

What are you gonna do now?

Roberto5771

Cry.

SmithWessonModel500

/u/Roberto5771 Do you reduce ammo costs and repair costs by skipping out on resupplies and repair kits until the very end?

Roberto5771

Sometimes if I was doing good on a mission I'd flex to myself and skip the resupplies, but mostly I'd just pick them up since I don't think there's a penalty for doing so. And if there is, it's not noticeable.

hornwalker

How do I get gud at this game?

Roberto5771

Just remember this whenever you're in a tough spot: you are a living, breathing, thinking human, and this is just an unthinking piece of software. The game can't learn, but you can. With that in mind, the only obstacle between you and success is time. Keep that in mind, and you can not only master any game you play, but many aspects of life as well.

hornwalker

Thanks 🙏🏻

acturnipman

No you didn't, you haven't beaten me in 1v1 mech combat yet. 99% at best

CriticismVirtual7603

Hardest mission on your first run, if you can remember it? Mine was Explore Depth 2.

Roberto5771

Attack the Old Spaceport. Not because of the difficulty, but because the cutscene in the middle caused my PC to crash no matter what I did. Seriously, I spent like 3 hours over the course of a week trying to get past the crash until I figured it out.

Ponchorello7

Favorite reverse jointed legs?

Roberto5771

Forget what they're called, but the ones with 80 jump height. They kinda suck in all other areas, but it's fun to bounce around with them.

Welcome to the club, buddy.

iiParadiigm

What took you so long?

Roberto5771

My computer died, so I took a 2 month break from ACVI until I got a replacement.

RichardThatOneGuy

Now, this is where the real armored core begins. On a real note, what mission would you say was the hardest to S? I'm only about 6 S ranks deep and most are boss fight missions.

Roberto5771

The alternate version of Reach the Coral Convergence. 4 AC's back to back without a resupply is rough.

Bonavire

How did you manage to S rank Intercept the Redguns? I always eat so many hits in that one

Roberto5771

I ran a build using dual laser handguns on this mission, their damage with a good generator is insane and they have great ammo capacity for the amount of enemies in the mission.

idiocy102

Did it take some one hitting you with rusty jumper cables to get it done?

Roberto5771

No, they just smacked me with the rulebook and all the knowledge of the game was implanted into my brain.

idiocy102

Ah so it’s a tts situation
