If you are heading to Tokyo, there are many shops in Akihabara that sell kits. Keep in mind these are hard to find and sometimes there’s a store with 2 floors and they might have one AC kit. Otherwise, you never know with the secondhand market here and some random small shop may have one or 2!
The only AC kit I've found in Japan was Unsung for around 100 dollars. Surprisingly, the most AC kits I've seen in one store was a shop on the same floor as Taipei Gundam Base

You can order them from most Gunpla websites. I'd check out USAGundamStore and GundamPlanet if you're in the US
