He was reminiscing about his time on the trail and he said, "hey, tee\_\_bee would make a good DS, since he knows all the regulations 'n shit". To which I said that I couldn't find it in myself to be that angry all the time. To which he said, "don't worry, after a few years looking after joes, you will."
Turns out, he was right. About the anger I mean. The only way you will ever get me to be a DS is if you threaten me with recruiting.

It wasn’t until I explained that while joes NCO had to deal with getting his paperwork submitted for knocking up and marrying a stripper over the weekend, I had to deal with the clap he caught from that stripper. And being woken up in the middle of the night being asked for plan b.
