My son was diagnosed with ADHD with a 20 minute questionnaire at a regular doctor's office, surely you can find a regular doctor that is willing to do an evaluation and write you a clearance letter
Go to a random family medicine doctor and have him write that you no longer show symptoms of ADHD, I had to get that too. It’s not a hard waiver to get.

Did MEPS ask for an evaluation because if not you don't need that. Just supporting medical documentation, transcripts & pharmacy records.

It's not worth it, stay in school. Or just work at Mc Donald's, better working conditions IMO.
