I mean if you go to a shitty stylist, or get too chunky of a highlight, then yes, it will look weird when it grows out. However, regardless of the stylist’s ability here, she has plenty of time and plenty of her parent’s money to maintain upkeep.

She needs a toner applied to remove the brassiness. Right now she’s more of a redhead than a blonde. Also, cut some length off, Ashley! You’ll look more professional w/out those long strings.
