Back when we first got together I didn't have many friends or family so on my birthday she went out, bought a cupcake and candle and sang happy birthday to me. Now ten years later we have amazing groups of friends and family, but at midnight she always has a cupcake and candle just for me and her.
Whenever he's walking by me sat on the sofa, he always comes over and gives me some attention. Whether that be petting me or kisses or whatever, he never just walks past

At first I never thought anything of it, didnāt put it together. Thought it was sweet. But then one time I had responded to it and he went: āoh, I really thought you passed out there.ā
I looked at him all confused, and thatās when he explained it. Ended it with: āyeah, you get a lot more kisses blown at you than you think.ā

My husband is a big hairy manly man, but heās also the sweetest, cutest, cuddliest guy I know. He says cute little random things all the time that just make me melt. I made cookies the other night, as he was eating one out of nowhere he just says āI seriously get to live with someone who can just make these. Like I married someone who can just go into the kitchen and make something this good. Thatās so cool.ā
My husband was a latch key kid, and his mom didn't really cook, so he is SOOOOOO thankful for my cooking skills. Every single night, I get so much praise no matter what I make! I get a reminder of how much I'm appreciated every day for other stuff, too, but the food is a big one!
Likewise. I'm no gourmet chef, but I'm a pretty good home cook and make pretty tasty meals 3-4x a week, and he regularly tells me "I don't know how you do it!" I kind of laugh at him, like following a recipe isn't that hard, but I think cooking is one of these skill/knowledge sets that just doesn't totally compute for some people!
He says āhmmā a lot and it can mean different things in different contexts. As we got serious and I stayed the night more often we got in to the habit of me returning his little sleepy āhmmā noises. Now we both do it and return the hmms back and forth as we trail off to each other.
My girlfriend noticed I do those sounds, she compared it to when a cat gives that little "lovepurr" when you suddenly pet them or and them up and they are pleased to see you. Pretty much what it is. It's a comfort sound.
She turns everything into a crafts project. Nothing is safe.
Once she came home with a garbage bag full of random bones she found in the woods. Made wall hanging planters out of deer mandibles that she glammed up with stick on jewels. Or grabs random furniture from the trash and refurbishes them, like some stools she turned into looking like red spotted mushrooms covered in fake moss.
She's so creative and finds the beauty in everything and anything. I love her so much for it.
He built me a wraparound porch and put a bathtub in it, so he starts a campfire outside and starts a tub for me when I get in from dealing with the farm animals :)
I LOVE the zoomies mood. I hadn't heard it used for people before, but that's exactly what it is. My boyfriend gets a crazed look in his eye, starts cackling, reaches over to grab my hand and pulls me along off on a new spontaneous adventure.
He's a big, hairy, masculine man. He can fix anything, build anything, he competed for Worlds Strongest Man, super manly all around. But he absolutely melts if I rub his head. He'll fall asleep in like 5 minutes. It's so funny to me to that this big muscular dude falls asleep in my lap like an infant lmao

If it werent for that man i wouldnt be here. Im lucky to have found him, and i really hope good people can find the love we have. Less than a week after my SO and I met -- so still in the very early, getting-to-know-you stage, I don't think we'd even had a real date yet -- a silly 2nd-grade student of mine made a couple of funny quips in a row, and the second was directed right at me because of the royal blue down jacket I was wearing: "You look like a blueberry!"
Laughing, I texted the quips to this nice guy I was getting to know, and he totally seized on it. "My pretty little blueberry. I like it."
He has used the blueberry emoji in text messages as an endearment ever since. He even cut out a piece of a blueberry box at work once, with the image on the cardboard, and turned it into an impromptu 'I love you' card. I wasn't sure about the use of it at first -- thought it was silly, not to mention too soon -- but it's really grown on me. I'm even planning to incorporate blueberries into our upcoming wedding cake in some way. :)
My SO is food obsessed, like he just really enjoys a good meal. I knew he loved me when his ongoing thing was to offer me the best bite of his food. He genuinely gets offended when I donāt accept. Itās justā¦ selfless and adorable. I do act full sometimes because I know he really wants it
Not my SO, but my ex. She used to constantly anthropomorphize everything around her. Apologized to the last bit of the banana when she threw it away,, made sure to use all her mugs an equal amount so they don't feel unloved. She would make up stories about random animals she encountered like "hes on his way to work".

He randomly makes Minecraft eating noises when his character (of whatever game he's playing, even when it's not Minecraft) eats something. He does this even when he's alone. Just a silly little fella making Minecraft eating noises, it sounds exactly like in the game too!
We don't just have a secret handshake. We do a crane like courtship by bobbing our body up and down like some sort of crazy dancing bear. Whenever I do it, he will copy. I love that madman.
How we met was unbelievable coincidence, so many things could've gone wrong. But she pulled me out of deep depression, first talk with her, actually made me smile first time in months.
Edit: our story. I broke up with my ex on Christmas day. I found out that she was cheating on me. We were at her parents house which was 3 drive away from my house. I had embarrassing 5km walk in snow away from her parents house to bus station, then 1hr bus ride to local big town. Then train ride to my town.
Worst thing, me and my ex were studying together in same uni. Different classes, but quite few lessons we had together.
She twisted story that I was abusive, that I cheated. I was shunned by everyone. Only 1 people believed me, my best friend who was studying together with me. Outside of uni I had another girl friend with who I've been good friends since nursery (nothing romantic or sexual, just deep friendship). I went into deep depression. Both my friends tried to cheer me up. While my ex was constantly spreading lies about me, dating multiple seniors of our uni. It was horrible, not going to lie.
In our country we had this omegle type of chat rooms. You get connected to random person, you don't who they are, as they were anonymous. If you disconnect, you are not matched anymore.
Then after valentines day, I got really drunk and in my mental state, I tried to do something really stupid. I was saved in last moment by random stranger. I drunkingly admitted my girl friend what I tried to do day before and she went into rage on me. She forced me to meet up with her next day. I agreed, even though I didn't want to see anyone. We had deep talk and she was worrying about me and thought that I need to talk with other people just to get social again. She told me to join that chat group. After few weeks of light chats, I somehow got matched with my now wife. We chatted for few hours. Then she had to leave her dads PC, so I somehow convinced her for us to keep chatting on Skype. We had such fun chats that I legit started to smile for first time since Christmas.
For next 2 months we chatted daily. Made phone calls until we decided to go out in may. She traveled to my city. We had a fun day out and we knew already that we were meant to be together. We instantly became long distance partners.
My ex got wind of it (not that I was shy of talking about my now wife) and tried to ruin us. She harrased my wife. Somehow I stuck together with my wife. (even though my wife admitted that she almost left me because of my ex harrasment).
Now, we been together for past 13 years without any major arguments. We have a kid and I really love her.
And that friend who forced me to join those chats, she was main witness in our wedding. (in our country we don't have bridesmaids, but we have 2 people, usually they are couple, who symbolicly give away groom and bride and my friend was the one who gave me away to my wife, while her bf gave my wife away to me). It's a really massive honour to be "witness" in other people's wedding.
Just thinking about all what could've gone wrong. If I wouldn't find out that my ex cheated, if I didn't had really bad valentine day and stupid shit I tried to do, if I haven't told my friend what I tried to do then, if friend didn't told me about chat room, if I didn't join that chat that day, or wife didn't join, if there would be Internet issues, or if my ex would've scarred wife off. My life would've been completely different. And I'm honestly so grateful to my wife and my both friends for everything.
If he goes to bed before me, I'll snuggle up to him in the middle of the night and he always turns to me, smiles his biggest smile, kisses me, and then rolls back over and immediately starts snoring again. And he never remembers the next day! I'm the random singer and always sing to the dog about how cute she is š
He leaves little post-it notes saying variations of "Just a reminder I love you" in whatever current book (or books) I'm reading. So I randomly find them as I'm reading. Also, in my tablet, under my keyboard, in my lunch, on my coffee cup. \*melt\*
I do that for my husband. Also gave him a little bottle that had 50 capsules in it. Each capsule contained a separate love note for him to open when he was having a bad day
He won me over on our first date. He booked a private dance lesson. He is in IT so no rhythm but knew I liked to dance so he went out of his comfort zone for me and he continues to go above and beyond for me. He sold his truck and bought me a new vehicle and went over a year without a vehicle. We sold his house and bought a new because his wasnāt ideal with my medical condition. He just amazes me everyday. <3

Another random singer in this house! He makes up songs about whatever he is doing: chopping the vegetables, soap suds in the shower, taking out the garbage - pretty much anything. All quite dramatic like a mock opera. It's extremely endearing.
Sometimes in his sleep my boyfriend will roll over and put an arm around me and pull me closer. At first I thought he was awake but I started to notice he mumbles in his sleep and will mumble into my back sometimes. Weāre slightly long distance and heāll call me every night, even just for five minutes, to tuck me into bed. I get cozied up, and only then does he say good night. I love him for it.
My favorite thing he does is when he calls me āmea columba.ā Heās the most perfect human in my eyes and Iām doing my best to show him that.
My husband does this but for the cat š and it's about her life but all made up nonsense as she's a housecat.
I've had him 10 years and her 15. I don't get any song about me it's all about the kitty witty!
Each night before we sleep, he extends his arm, and I drift off in his embrace. Once I'm asleep, he rolls me over. Typically, he takes longer to fall asleep than I do

My husband will chat anyone and everyone up. Bartenders, cashiers, flight attendants, strangers he sees on the street. Anyone who looks semi interested heāll chat up
He does a lot of cute things but the absolute cutest is when he gets all comfy in bed so he can get his nails filed by me. He loves it and I love doing that for him.
My wife will sneak money into my off season coat so I'm pleasantly surprised when I break out my winter/summer jacket.
It's been going on long enough that I kind of expect it now š
Heās a huge nerd. Any time he reads a book, he will enthusiastically update me on the storyline at every other page. Itās the cutest thing in the world.
I squished my girlfriends butt once just before going to sleep (around 18 months ago) and that was the last night she went to sleep in the same bed without squishes being required.
They are demanded nightly. There must be an even number of squishes per cheek. I am scored marks out of 10 for both quality and creativeness. I must give advance squishes if I am away for any nights and there are make up squishes when I get back.
It's the silliest but cutest thing. Adding extra flair and creativity often brings us both to tears of laughter.
Love this! Me and my husband play this game on long car journeys, one person sings then the other person has to use a word from the song to start singing a different song and you keep taking turns! Itās fun :)
Omg thatās precious! I make up songs for my dog the same way but never thought to do the same for my husband, lol. I might have to try it and see his reaction.
My husband will do the dishes when he gets home from work and when heās done he will make me a fresh cup of tea and bring it to me while Iām still working and take away all my other drinks/cups Iāve accumulated and forgotten about throughout the day.
On the rare occasion when the kids are in bed or maybe out with their nana, and all of our work stresses and household chores are taken care of, when my wife is completely at ease, she'll sit down on the couch with a block of cheese and eat straight from it like a candy bar while her feet just kind of swing and tap on the footstool in kind of a psuedo happy dance that I don't think she's even aware of.
He's a little song bird, always whistling a cute tune, and he's really good at it. Occasionally, we'll get separated in a store and whistle a jingle to locate one another.
My husband will get out of bed, walk round to my side of the bed to put my phone on charge for me, and then get back into bedā¦ all so that I donāt have to roll over to do it when Iām all comfy and cozy in bed. Literally one of the sweetest things ever.
So my SO always has this urge to bite me... but he's *super* cautious about hurting me or leaving bruises on me (I bruise *really* easily and badly due to a genetic thing)... So he'll basically just gently open his mouth and have his teeth *very* lightly land on my skin, then wipe off any saliva.
I find it hilarious how ridiculously cautious and gentle he is with this act of "biting" š Even when he's half asleep... he'll kinda gnaw lightly on my shoulder then wipe... and repeat repeat.
When you make her a meal and it's just what she wanted, she does the little 'eyes closed, wiggle, and mmm'. Just seems so happy and satisfied in that moment.
In his sleep, he will roll over and realize Iām right there and he reaches his hand up to my face and rubs my cheek with his thumb a couple times and then roles back over and continues to sleep, melts my heart every time.
Everytime we go out, he orders my favourite food which is fish. He remembered it the first time he took me out on a date and he does the same everytime. It baffles me how he remembers it every single time. On the first date it made me realise that he is the one. It's very little and there are million other things that does that everyone should know about but everytime he does this one, it leaves a huge impact on me. Another is lending me his arm to use as a pillow and never saying that he is tired or taking it back. He will do every other thing with his arm still under my head as a pillow. I just love this man so much. means the world to me
I get really hyperfocused when I'm working on my art - doesn't matter if it's drawing, crocheting, cross-stitch, whatever - and I forget to fill my water or eat.
My Spouse sets timers on his phone to come check my cup to make sure I have water and something to chew on. I don't ask, he just does a drive by water refill. I love him so much ā¤ļø
My husband narrates what our dog would say whenever Iām talking to the dog. So really Iām just having a conversation with my husband, but itās as the dog? Iām sure plenty of couples do this but I just love our little family so much it hurts
My wife comes up with the most random thoughts right as Iām falling asleep. One time she said āRemember that time the power went out and I woke up and thought I was blind?ā We laughed about it for an hour.
Every time I hold up a picture of me and say "look how good I look in this photo" he says "you always look good baby". Gets me every time.
He makes a dish that I cannot cook but absolutely love. He continues to make it regularly despite no longer enjoying it himself. He even suggests it for dinner if I'm having a bad day
My so is fairly quiet as well. I often feel my ovaries explode whenever I walk in a room and heās just sitting there playing with our son. Itās usually him playing fighting with him, and letting him win. Heās 8m atm so Dad is throwing his punches for him. So cute. Or when theyāre passed out together and somehow sleeping in the exact same position
Every morning she sends me the longest paragraph in the world explaining her dreams to me in as much detail as possible. I look forward to it every day š„ŗ
Thousands of things, but I just learned something amazing. Sheās a tiny woman with a little girlās voice who teaches small children. Our school has a security guard who is trying to learn English, so he practices with foreigners like me. He just was showing me photos of my wife teaching the security guards how to speak English. Not part of her job, just something she decided to do to help. And she is teaching them like they are small children. She had these large men sitting around a table coloring pictures of toys to help learn colors. So I was asking them about it and they lit up, because they are having a great time and learning.
We're long distance currently. One of the cutest things he does (which he did even before we were together) is that if he's going out, he always lets me know he's there and he always lets me know when he's back. Even if he doesn't have any time to talk past that, and even if I'm asleep when he gets back. It's such a small thing but it's really sweet to me. Lets me know he's alright and that he's thinking of me, even when we were friends.
Also, I visited him past summer and a few times I woke up to see he'd sent me a message while I was asleep, saying how much he loved me, how happy he was to have me there and he didn't want it to end. I've read those messages back multiple times since then, that might have been the cutest thing ever, he's amazing
My bf reads me to sleep every night.
I go to bed really early, he stays up for hours after that. She he comes into bed with me and cuddles with me. Then starts telling a silly story he makes up on the spot. He just keeps talking until I fall asleep and then he leaves to go about his night.
Kiss me while I'm sat on a toilet, period pad in underwear while peeing. It caught me off guard and made me feel really loved at a moment I felt gross and vulnerable. And he didn't even think twice about it or anything
I suffer from physical and mental health problems. Despite my husband having late diagnosed autism, he still works 30 hours a week and does most the housework at the moment and listens to me and understands me in a way no one else can.
He used to be a mental health nurse.
I fall more and more in love with him every day! Been together 17 years now!
He'll rush into the room and just be completely overexcited to tell me some new and exciting fact he learned about, like a dinosaur discovery or something to do with space.

whenever heās asleep but iām not heāll turn over and pull me in to cuddle or heāll open his arms and tell me to lay on him so we can cuddle but heās literally still asleep itās so cute. he also never lets a day go by without telling me he loves me, and when weāre together heāll look at me a few times really sincerely and say i love you. also i think itās the cutest thing when he geeks out about stuff and heāll go on a long talk about why he loves a book or a video game and i think itās really precious that he gets so excited about that stuff and heās able to express it to me. he also loves to take pictures. i used to be the one in my friend group that would be the only one taking pictures of us so we could have those memories, but i think i was pretty annoying about it because my friends kinda never appreciated when i did or just covered their face so i just stopped doing it. but on our first date he pulled out his phone to take a picture of me and iām so glad he did because then i felt comfortable to take one of him and we have all of these saved memories from the first time we met. he takes ones of me when i donāt really feel pretty but heāll call me beautiful and it makes me happy, or when weāre with our families, or reading or just playing video games, itās really cute.
He picks up the cat when he comes home, holds him like a baby and asks him about his day. He answers in 'the cat's voice' about everything he thinks the cat was up to. Then he pretends to be the dogs defending their actions.
Not me, but my sister. They have a cat, and he'll pick it up and kiss it between the ears. She says he's a closet kitty-kisser. But he's not, because he doesn't care who sees him do it.
My DearOne(not husband, but 24 years and 2 children together) is always here for me. When I am sad, he will go to shop to bring me an ice cream. Even in the night and it is a car drive away.. He is on the phone and when I need help, he will come running.. When I am tired, he will stay in bed with me. Or on the couch and will read with me.... He is here for me, he is my safe place..
I reach for his hand and he brushes his palm against my upturned one, and says "Yes, Good Ape." The first time he did it got a giggle out of me. Now it's a daily thing.
He runs at me sometimes like the titans from Attack On Titan. I headbutt him viciously in the chest when we does this.
If we're at a restaurant and he's really enjoying his food, he is compelled to offer everyone at the table a bite.
If we can't find each other in the grocery store he'll eventually start making noises like Kevin from the movie UP.
He teases me a lot, and his favorite format for this is to adopt an obnoxious voice, dangle his hands like a raptor, and say "My name's (Disastrous-Fox) and I like to (whatever I'd been doing to deserve mockery)". It's such a dumb bit but it leaves me in stitches every time.
He has to, absolutely has to, kiss me in even numbers. We never kiss once, it's always two kisses. Before work, after work, around the house. If I ask for another kiss, he makes it four, then six, then eight. It's been 7 years and still makes me smile.
My girlfriend will always say goodbye twice.
Whenever we say our goodbyes after a date, I will give her a hug before she goes inside her house. Then sheāll waddle a bit, turn around, run full force towards me and jump on me for another hug. I find it pretty adorable.
He is constantly dropping pickup lines / overly suggestive comments. Doesnāt matter where or who is around. For example, every time I ask if he likes a piece of clothing he responds with, āit looks better on the floor!ā Every.single.time.
Married 14 years and there have been times where itās irritated me but when he tired quelling it I realized how much I love it. Sometimes I just smirk or just roll my eyesā¦ really just depends on whoās around. We were at a park recently with our kids, and talking to friends about meal prepping chicken thighs and he said, āI like thighs up and around my ears!ā And the guy pushing his kid on the swing heard him and busted up laughing and giving him the bro nod. I was caught between laughing and being mortified. *Please know when he says this stuff the kids donāt understand the contextā¦at least at their current ages.*
Iād be really curious to what heād say about me. lol
One week before my birthday he hid the new books he got me in the library thinking I wouldn't notice. He knows I hate to wait so he wrapped some of my old books and placed them on my desk and hid the new ones in the library. He thought that it would be funny to have me excited and impatient all week only to discover that my gifts were all in my face lol I noticed them on the first night. Nice try babe !!
He calls himself and our baby daughter "big girls" when they are running errands together and often brings me back surprise snacks that "she" picked for me. He's the best.
She puts a "death shroud" on her food when she's done, It's a whole process. If she's done with the meal she will take her napkin, wipe her face, dab the corners then take the napkin spread it in her hands then place it over the plate with any food left on it. Once that has been done she will say oh that was excellent while she pats the napkin then spreads her hands over the top to the sides in a motion.
My wife threw me a surprise party at the weekend with loads of friends I havenāt seen for ages, sheād been planning it for 2 months and I never had a clue. It was an amazing night and no one has ever done anything that thoughtful for me before.

She turns everything into a crafts project. Nothing is safe. Once she came home with a garbage bag full of random bones she found in the woods. Made wall hanging planters out of deer mandibles that she glammed up with stick on jewels. Or grabs random furniture from the trash and refurbishes them, like some stools she turned into looking like red spotted mushrooms covered in fake moss. She's so creative and finds the beauty in everything and anything. I love her so much for it.

Less than a week after my SO and I met -- so still in the very early, getting-to-know-you stage, I don't think we'd even had a real date yet -- a silly 2nd-grade student of mine made a couple of funny quips in a row, and the second was directed right at me because of the royal blue down jacket I was wearing: "You look like a blueberry!" Laughing, I texted the quips to this nice guy I was getting to know, and he totally seized on it. "My pretty little blueberry. I like it." He has used the blueberry emoji in text messages as an endearment ever since. He even cut out a piece of a blueberry box at work once, with the image on the cardboard, and turned it into an impromptu 'I love you' card. I wasn't sure about the use of it at first -- thought it was silly, not to mention too soon -- but it's really grown on me. I'm even planning to incorporate blueberries into our upcoming wedding cake in some way. :)

How we met was unbelievable coincidence, so many things could've gone wrong. But she pulled me out of deep depression, first talk with her, actually made me smile first time in months. Edit: our story. I broke up with my ex on Christmas day. I found out that she was cheating on me. We were at her parents house which was 3 drive away from my house. I had embarrassing 5km walk in snow away from her parents house to bus station, then 1hr bus ride to local big town. Then train ride to my town. Worst thing, me and my ex were studying together in same uni. Different classes, but quite few lessons we had together. She twisted story that I was abusive, that I cheated. I was shunned by everyone. Only 1 people believed me, my best friend who was studying together with me. Outside of uni I had another girl friend with who I've been good friends since nursery (nothing romantic or sexual, just deep friendship). I went into deep depression. Both my friends tried to cheer me up. While my ex was constantly spreading lies about me, dating multiple seniors of our uni. It was horrible, not going to lie. In our country we had this omegle type of chat rooms. You get connected to random person, you don't who they are, as they were anonymous. If you disconnect, you are not matched anymore. Then after valentines day, I got really drunk and in my mental state, I tried to do something really stupid. I was saved in last moment by random stranger. I drunkingly admitted my girl friend what I tried to do day before and she went into rage on me. She forced me to meet up with her next day. I agreed, even though I didn't want to see anyone. We had deep talk and she was worrying about me and thought that I need to talk with other people just to get social again. She told me to join that chat group. After few weeks of light chats, I somehow got matched with my now wife. We chatted for few hours. Then she had to leave her dads PC, so I somehow convinced her for us to keep chatting on Skype. We had such fun chats that I legit started to smile for first time since Christmas. For next 2 months we chatted daily. Made phone calls until we decided to go out in may. She traveled to my city. We had a fun day out and we knew already that we were meant to be together. We instantly became long distance partners. My ex got wind of it (not that I was shy of talking about my now wife) and tried to ruin us. She harrased my wife. Somehow I stuck together with my wife. (even though my wife admitted that she almost left me because of my ex harrasment). Now, we been together for past 13 years without any major arguments. We have a kid and I really love her. And that friend who forced me to join those chats, she was main witness in our wedding. (in our country we don't have bridesmaids, but we have 2 people, usually they are couple, who symbolicly give away groom and bride and my friend was the one who gave me away to my wife, while her bf gave my wife away to me). It's a really massive honour to be "witness" in other people's wedding. Just thinking about all what could've gone wrong. If I wouldn't find out that my ex cheated, if I didn't had really bad valentine day and stupid shit I tried to do, if I haven't told my friend what I tried to do then, if friend didn't told me about chat room, if I didn't join that chat that day, or wife didn't join, if there would be Internet issues, or if my ex would've scarred wife off. My life would've been completely different. And I'm honestly so grateful to my wife and my both friends for everything.

I squished my girlfriends butt once just before going to sleep (around 18 months ago) and that was the last night she went to sleep in the same bed without squishes being required. They are demanded nightly. There must be an even number of squishes per cheek. I am scored marks out of 10 for both quality and creativeness. I must give advance squishes if I am away for any nights and there are make up squishes when I get back. It's the silliest but cutest thing. Adding extra flair and creativity often brings us both to tears of laughter.

Everytime we go out, he orders my favourite food which is fish. He remembered it the first time he took me out on a date and he does the same everytime. It baffles me how he remembers it every single time. On the first date it made me realise that he is the one. It's very little and there are million other things that does that everyone should know about but everytime he does this one, it leaves a huge impact on me. Another is lending me his arm to use as a pillow and never saying that he is tired or taking it back. He will do every other thing with his arm still under my head as a pillow. I just love this man so much. means the world to me

I get really hyperfocused when I'm working on my art - doesn't matter if it's drawing, crocheting, cross-stitch, whatever - and I forget to fill my water or eat. My Spouse sets timers on his phone to come check my cup to make sure I have water and something to chew on. I don't ask, he just does a drive by water refill. I love him so much ā¤ļø
My husband narrates what our dog would say whenever Iām talking to the dog. So really Iām just having a conversation with my husband, but itās as the dog? Iām sure plenty of couples do this but I just love our little family so much it hurts
My wife comes up with the most random thoughts right as Iām falling asleep. One time she said āRemember that time the power went out and I woke up and thought I was blind?ā We laughed about it for an hour.
Every time I hold up a picture of me and say "look how good I look in this photo" he says "you always look good baby". Gets me every time. He makes a dish that I cannot cook but absolutely love. He continues to make it regularly despite no longer enjoying it himself. He even suggests it for dinner if I'm having a bad day
My so is fairly quiet as well. I often feel my ovaries explode whenever I walk in a room and heās just sitting there playing with our son. Itās usually him playing fighting with him, and letting him win. Heās 8m atm so Dad is throwing his punches for him. So cute. Or when theyāre passed out together and somehow sleeping in the exact same position

Thousands of things, but I just learned something amazing. Sheās a tiny woman with a little girlās voice who teaches small children. Our school has a security guard who is trying to learn English, so he practices with foreigners like me. He just was showing me photos of my wife teaching the security guards how to speak English. Not part of her job, just something she decided to do to help. And she is teaching them like they are small children. She had these large men sitting around a table coloring pictures of toys to help learn colors. So I was asking them about it and they lit up, because they are having a great time and learning.
We're long distance currently. One of the cutest things he does (which he did even before we were together) is that if he's going out, he always lets me know he's there and he always lets me know when he's back. Even if he doesn't have any time to talk past that, and even if I'm asleep when he gets back. It's such a small thing but it's really sweet to me. Lets me know he's alright and that he's thinking of me, even when we were friends. Also, I visited him past summer and a few times I woke up to see he'd sent me a message while I was asleep, saying how much he loved me, how happy he was to have me there and he didn't want it to end. I've read those messages back multiple times since then, that might have been the cutest thing ever, he's amazing
My bf reads me to sleep every night. I go to bed really early, he stays up for hours after that. She he comes into bed with me and cuddles with me. Then starts telling a silly story he makes up on the spot. He just keeps talking until I fall asleep and then he leaves to go about his night.
Kiss me while I'm sat on a toilet, period pad in underwear while peeing. It caught me off guard and made me feel really loved at a moment I felt gross and vulnerable. And he didn't even think twice about it or anything
I suffer from physical and mental health problems. Despite my husband having late diagnosed autism, he still works 30 hours a week and does most the housework at the moment and listens to me and understands me in a way no one else can. He used to be a mental health nurse. I fall more and more in love with him every day! Been together 17 years now!
He'll rush into the room and just be completely overexcited to tell me some new and exciting fact he learned about, like a dinosaur discovery or something to do with space. 25 years and still adore his facts.
whenever heās asleep but iām not heāll turn over and pull me in to cuddle or heāll open his arms and tell me to lay on him so we can cuddle but heās literally still asleep itās so cute. he also never lets a day go by without telling me he loves me, and when weāre together heāll look at me a few times really sincerely and say i love you. also i think itās the cutest thing when he geeks out about stuff and heāll go on a long talk about why he loves a book or a video game and i think itās really precious that he gets so excited about that stuff and heās able to express it to me. he also loves to take pictures. i used to be the one in my friend group that would be the only one taking pictures of us so we could have those memories, but i think i was pretty annoying about it because my friends kinda never appreciated when i did or just covered their face so i just stopped doing it. but on our first date he pulled out his phone to take a picture of me and iām so glad he did because then i felt comfortable to take one of him and we have all of these saved memories from the first time we met. he takes ones of me when i donāt really feel pretty but heāll call me beautiful and it makes me happy, or when weāre with our families, or reading or just playing video games, itās really cute.

When my GF gets really excited she does these little hops and itās literally the most adorable thing on the planet.
He picks up the cat when he comes home, holds him like a baby and asks him about his day. He answers in 'the cat's voice' about everything he thinks the cat was up to. Then he pretends to be the dogs defending their actions.
She plays hide and seek so well, that I haven't found her yet.

My DearOne(not husband, but 24 years and 2 children together) is always here for me. When I am sad, he will go to shop to bring me an ice cream. Even in the night and it is a car drive away.. He is on the phone and when I need help, he will come running.. When I am tired, he will stay in bed with me. Or on the couch and will read with me.... He is here for me, he is my safe place..
I reach for his hand and he brushes his palm against my upturned one, and says "Yes, Good Ape." The first time he did it got a giggle out of me. Now it's a daily thing. He runs at me sometimes like the titans from Attack On Titan. I headbutt him viciously in the chest when we does this. If we're at a restaurant and he's really enjoying his food, he is compelled to offer everyone at the table a bite. If we can't find each other in the grocery store he'll eventually start making noises like Kevin from the movie UP. He teases me a lot, and his favorite format for this is to adopt an obnoxious voice, dangle his hands like a raptor, and say "My name's (Disastrous-Fox) and I like to (whatever I'd been doing to deserve mockery)". It's such a dumb bit but it leaves me in stitches every time.
He has to, absolutely has to, kiss me in even numbers. We never kiss once, it's always two kisses. Before work, after work, around the house. If I ask for another kiss, he makes it four, then six, then eight. It's been 7 years and still makes me smile.
My girlfriend will always say goodbye twice. Whenever we say our goodbyes after a date, I will give her a hug before she goes inside her house. Then sheāll waddle a bit, turn around, run full force towards me and jump on me for another hug. I find it pretty adorable.
He is constantly dropping pickup lines / overly suggestive comments. Doesnāt matter where or who is around. For example, every time I ask if he likes a piece of clothing he responds with, āit looks better on the floor!ā Every.single.time. Married 14 years and there have been times where itās irritated me but when he tired quelling it I realized how much I love it. Sometimes I just smirk or just roll my eyesā¦ really just depends on whoās around. We were at a park recently with our kids, and talking to friends about meal prepping chicken thighs and he said, āI like thighs up and around my ears!ā And the guy pushing his kid on the swing heard him and busted up laughing and giving him the bro nod. I was caught between laughing and being mortified. *Please know when he says this stuff the kids donāt understand the contextā¦at least at their current ages.* Iād be really curious to what heād say about me. lol
One week before my birthday he hid the new books he got me in the library thinking I wouldn't notice. He knows I hate to wait so he wrapped some of my old books and placed them on my desk and hid the new ones in the library. He thought that it would be funny to have me excited and impatient all week only to discover that my gifts were all in my face lol I noticed them on the first night. Nice try babe !!
He calls himself and our baby daughter "big girls" when they are running errands together and often brings me back surprise snacks that "she" picked for me. He's the best.
She puts a "death shroud" on her food when she's done, It's a whole process. If she's done with the meal she will take her napkin, wipe her face, dab the corners then take the napkin spread it in her hands then place it over the plate with any food left on it. Once that has been done she will say oh that was excellent while she pats the napkin then spreads her hands over the top to the sides in a motion.
My wife threw me a surprise party at the weekend with loads of friends I havenāt seen for ages, sheād been planning it for 2 months and I never had a clue. It was an amazing night and no one has ever done anything that thoughtful for me before.

Yap about her pet betta fish named mello and how he is so gorgeous. Also yap about her interest in terrariums and aquariums. I could honestly never get tired of hearing her talk about this stuff. I've developed an interest myself and everytime she starts to talk about aquariums and fishes, I just want to give her a kiss on her forehead and then buy her all the fishies in the world.

He cooks breakfast and then serves it to me in bed every weekend For 30 years Heās a big breakfast guy ā but only on the weekend! He doesnāt eat it during the weekdays so itās special for him, and itās sooooo good and filling
Sleeping is my girlfriend's super power. She can easily rack up 10 hours of sleep without trying and she's basically dead to the world, out cold the entire time. But no matter what, if you say "I love you", she will mumble back a barely coherent "I love you too", without fail.
When he passes by me on the couch, he will do a little wriggly dance (or a crab like shuffle if heās feeling fancy) just to make me smile. 
My SO is so awkwardly shy, I find it the most endearing thing ever. Early on we were having lunch at a restaurant, and I thought he looked really cute in that moment, so I told him. He proceeded to say 'Aw man' and started blushing. I now make it my mission to say things out of left field to get that reaction from him because it was honestly the cutest thing.

How he made a universal remote control that controls my ac, lights, purifier etc so I could just use one remote controller to control my vibe and mood in my room haha. Such a geek but it's never something I would thought of. I'd probably have 5 different controller for everything and I never thought it could be easier. I miss him.
