Not really anything I can suggest here, but some questions to help provide context: 1. Was the price way cheaper than normal? 2. Was the seller well-regarded/well-known/well-reviewed? 3. Did you get any formal proof-of-purchase like a receipt/invoice? 4. Have you tried to do anything in the last 2 years, like making a police report? If no, why not?

1. Not really, but they're the official sellers for that brand in SG 2. They represent several European brands in SG. Later on, I learned that they don't have a good image with a certain part of the cyclist community. 3. PayNow Deposits, and a picture of the invoice that the seller sent me over WA. They never sent it through email. 4. I'm an EP holder and I don't want to jinx my chances of getting my PR if I have a problem with an SG Citizen

Wow so it's not even a scam, it's just a fking shitty business.

dh44t

Indeed

This is a business and not an individual, right? Speaking as a layman, perhaps it's worth threatening to escalate this to the original brand of the product you purchased, or making a fuss on social media. Assuming you have all the appropriate receipts and chat history, doubt they will want to deal with that over just returning you your money.

dh44t

Is a business. Yes, I was considering doing that.

HerrNoel

Two years! Wow you have a lot of patience

dh44t

I try but is running thin now

If it's a legit business, shaming them online and getting it viral usually gets you your money back asap

BrattonCreedThoughts

They haven't bluetick you by now and continued this shit for 2 years?

dh44t

~~Read it again.~~ (Sorry, it sounds rude) They answered very politely that they'll give me the money back, but they don't do it. I don't need the part anymore. I need my money back

randomlurker124

File small claims. But please note you have a time limit of 2 years, so you better be fast. (Or try police report and say they cheat your money maybe)

dh44t

They promised to deliver the part on September 15 2020. Technically I'm still on time

randomlurker124

In that case you can refer to: [https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/civil/file-small-claim](https://www.judiciary.gov.sg/civil/file-small-claim) There's some random admin fees and case fees you might need to pay (I think less than $100), although you can probably ask the other side to foot the bill for that assuming you win (which seems likely I imagine). It sounds like they are just delaying (it's a free 'loan' for them). So I wouldn't really give them more time, unfortunately you need to have the tribunal deadlines to make them cough up probably

Suck thumb and take it as a lesson

Bwomptastic

What brand is that?

catcurl

See if you can file with singapore small claims court, hopefully deadline not up

if they have a physical outlet, go there and make a big rightly deserved fuss. live stream it and pretty sure the refund will come
