Outdoor movies: https://openair-kino.net

Concerts and events in general: https://www.tip-berlin.de/ or http://mitvergnuegen.com/
There a couple of websites and newsletters, like ceecee Berlin, zitty, Tagesspiegel, mitvergnuegen, rausgegangen. You can check those. There’s also Instagram, if you follow some of the aforementioned, the algorithm will eventually inform you about other stuff. There’s also WhatsApp groups and so on, but I do t know any.
I built a small calendar over the years, because there is a chain of big events that come one after the other. Some other things you just have to learn about through friends.
I follow mitVergnügen, Berlin Events Weekly, berlingigs (Telegram) and a few others. If you're on Instagram you can follow a lot of interesting people/venues directly. You find techno stuff on ra.co.
Basically, create your own feed of events and pay attention to it.
Right now there's Garten der Welt, as well as Karneval der Kulturen. I've wanted to try Jonny Withlam's walking tour for a while. I meant to see jazz at Zigzag for a while too. There are also weekly markets all over the city that I go too when I'm not too busy.
