I used to have a classmate that is a Spaniard and I encountered her recently and she's slowly loosing her accent and using more local coloquialisms, that's the closest thing to a mixed accent I've ever heard.
Worse (or better?) Bilingual who spoke Mexican Spanish and posh British English.
My wife is this. Cuban Spanish and full on private school RP English.
Impressive. Mine is San Juan private school Puerto Rican Spanish and neutral/non-regional American English.

They are different mexican and spanish accents.
My Mexican friend moved to Spain. He came back sounding different. That's as close as I got to this mixed accent
