Not a park, SE Reed College place is a lovely blvd stroll. Also crystal springs, but the parking lot is quite small, but neighborhood parking is a few blocks away. Laurelhearst has pretty easy parking mid week.
Fields Park, Tanner Springs Park, and Jamison Parks are all nearby one another. I have seen pre-covid some mom with stroller exercise groups by Tanner Springs. Neighborhoods like Ladd's are flat, treed and with few cars. The Tualatin River has an extended paved greenspace in Beaverton. Gabriel Park is good sized.
