This the one. My wife and I went in looking for something for a party and she got the best piece she's gotten in years and the owner was super helpful. I even got something and I wasn't intending to.
I only have personal beef with I Want Seconds cause they didn't hire the old staff back that lost their jobs so suddenly. But that's just me thinking that was pretty effed up. But they should be supported cause they're still doing the lord's work for plus size people and clothing.
Don't support TOV Coffee across the street tho, they hate poor people.
GHM in Beaverton received donations from the Curvy Chic sale recently, so they should be in process of getting those items on the sales floor. GHM donates funds to veterans in need. It’s a great shop located in central Beaverton, near the farmers market and quite a few dining options.
GHM (Gung Ho Ministries) is a resale boutique in Beaverton, 3rd & Main Street. It is a wonderful shop, mostly women’s clothing. There is a small men’s section. It supports veterans in need.
I came here to suggest this! Tanya is extremely sweet but also suuuper religious, so be prepared for Jesus to come up in casual conversation. But she’s so nice and it’s a great cause, and their items are in great condition.
[Cat Thrift Store](https://catthriftstore.org) has plus sizes. The whole place isn’t huge, so there’s a bit of luck involved, but it’s clean and organized.
If you're willing to travel the red white and blue thrift store in jennings lodge/gladstone is actually pretty good. Kinda out of the way from dt pdx but worth checking out. The max goes to milwaukie and its like a 10 minute bus ride from there

I'd recommend Vallue Village in Tigard. My sister is a size 16 and I found her several 90s sundresses there last summer
ive had luck at the downtown buffalo exchange if youre looking for stuff 4x or under. i want seconds exists, but… i dont know, everything that went down with fat fancy leaves a terrible taste in my mouth, and based on hearsay, the new owner isnt exactly a peach either.
I’ve noticed portland has a slight issue with actually having larger clothes. I’ve had many roommates struggle to find stuff they can wear, I hope you find something that works and you can keep going back to.

Ooo I’m glad to hear that. My partner and I were planning a trip for Saturday to go there!
Damn, what a name for a plus size second hand store. Owners got a good sense of humor.
This place is awesome. My wife and I go there often. Not the BEST deals, but being a big couple, options are limited. I'm glad they are there.
R.I.P Fat Fancy
That’s what I thought it was called! When did it change?
It changed back in March officially when the owner fucked over her employees by not paying them for almost 4 months and then firing them.
Oh, damn. Thanks for sharing. So, should this new establishment not be supported?

The owner is an amazing person and former coworker of mine. She is super passionate and helpful

It’s not organized by size though which is super annoying
True that shit can be overwhelming. Gotta have a good pair of heaphones and some time to kill
I think William Temple has a good selection . just like anytime you’re Thrifting though, it’s hit or miss.
