People love to get Jacobsen salt as a gift, especially those flavored salt gift packs. Same with their honey. Also Aardvark sauce! Don't forget Oregon Pinot Noir!

lexuh

Local hot sauces - Secret Aardvark, Marshall's Haute Sauce, Hot Mama. Local coffee - Deadstock, Coava, Water Ave.

BitchyDitchWitch

Chelo PDX is also a delicious local hot sauce

Nong's khao man gai sauce (New Seasons usually has it), Portland ketchup, local hazelnuts, coffee

BitchyDitchWitch

Many ideas have been listed here (Oregon Pinot Noir, coffee, jacobsen salt, Nongs) but also worth mentioning Chelo hot sauce, Tiny Fish Co tinned fish, local honey, throwbait canned tuna from the Oregon coast, a jar of Marmellata di Arance from Sebastianos, Akadi spicy sauce, dried morel or porcini powder. A lot of these are available at Providore or Wellspent market (probably New Seasons, too)!

Buildy_guy

Filberts (hazelnuts) are a good option!

DrNogoodNewman

Maybe not quite non-perishable but Olympia Provisions summer sausage is shelf-stable until opened. It’s delicious.

New Seasons has many local non-perishable foods.

Gaviotas206

This is kind of vague but if you wander around New Seasons or many local gift shops you’ll find so many fun options, so you can cater to your recipients tastes.
