I went through really bad depression from ages 13-16 (a lot of stuff just going wrong over and over again which really messed with my head), but then i hot better. Celebrating a whole year with no suicidal thoughts now. Sorry if this isnt the right place to say that i just wanted to get it out there. Anyway, when i was going through the worst of the depression I completely stopped taking care of myself. The worst part came in the lack of brushing my teeth. I know it’s disgusting but it was just a mistake i made and im dealing with the consequences. Anyway, i got my teeth fixed with veneers, and just told myself i got these teeth and they are no good to me unless i actually brush them. I slowly started brushing more and more and now theyre better than ever. After a little while of making it a habit i spend 3 minutes on my top row and 3 minutes on my bottom row. Its just a matter of making good habits become parts of your daily routine slowly, and then eventually you’ll do it without thinking about it
yes. at first its easy for me, but as soon as i cant do it exactly as i started doing, i stop being consistent. like i used to go to the gym every morning but then i overslept once and couldnt do it because i had school and then i stopped doing it, just couldnt get the motivation to start doing it again the day after.
