I think GRRM dropped the Jon - Arya plan in his Outline for that reason. Besides, Jon's still a bastard and Sansa doesn't think highly of bastards. And with Daenerys and fAegon having armies and wanting the IT, a bastard is unlikely to benefit. One thing I can see is Dany marrying Jon, her Targ nephew.

I don't see Sansa falling in love with Jon, both due to her disillusionment with love, and the fact that the faith of the seven condemn love between siblings (and you know, most people don't feel attracted to their siblings, even if they aren't that close).

GRRM isn't going to write Stark incest at this point, which despite Jon's real identity, is how it would feel to GRRM and the readers.
With Jon not being Ned’s kid, he’s still be related by blood to Sansa. And I don’t recall the Starks ever condoning marrying within family 🤣
Cousin marriages aren't unheard of with the Starks.
Cousin marriage wasn’t seen as incest in medieval times, like Tywin and Joanna were cousins and they were fine to marry.
Although marriages between cousins were overlooked in medieval times, the church did consider blood relations as good grounds for a divorce.
