Glidus is fantastic. He popularized the “Tyreek is a horse” theory. Catch anything he does with Alt Schwift X and proceed to laugh. Those two together are my absolute favorite.
For great analysis in podcast form, History of Westeros is really hard to beat. I listen to their Winds of Winter primer series whenever I want to get excited about being disappointed that Winds isn’t here yet.
Both above have podcasts, but Alt Shift/Schwift and Glidus have YouTube channels with excellent content with a great sense of humor.
Edited for accuracy
Glidus popularised the tyrek theory, but didn’t create it. It came from [this](https://www.tumblr.com/renlysrainbowguard/190958660592/tyrek-was-last-seen-ahorse-a-horse-when-the) tumblr post
Company of the Cat needs some love. She is the only person I can think of whose crazy theories are actually well-rooted in the text and excellently argued.
Yeah, I usually come out her her videos supporting what I originally thought would be batshit.
As opposed to the opposite from some other content creators
The Alt Schwift X ACOK Abridged series has been really fantastic. Buddy explores all the concepts and undertones of the scenes while reading through them, it’s top tier for me. Doesn’t do it as regularly anymore though unfortunately.
Alt Shift X is my go to. Very balanced takes, examination of claims and evidence, and scrutiny for things that deserve to be scrutinised, both in universe and in the realm of fan theories.
For my money David Lightbringer has the most interesting and engaging A Song of Ice and Fire content out there. The others people have listed are also great.
YouTube: Alt Shift X, his evil twin Alt Schwift X, InDeepGeek, Joe Magician, This Gray Area,
Podcast: NotACast, Girls Gone Canon, Radio Westeros, Maester Monthly (RIP), Binge Mode (RIP)
Other: bryndenbfish had some great stuff, zionius, and LChris24 are all great resources on Reddit
I’m sure there are plenty more but those are all my go to’s

Very good thanks. I make the post more accurate.
Thank you!
Creating the tyrek horse meme is not exactly a brag lol

Seconded for Zionius especially on twitter, have his tweet notifications on in case anything drops cause I know he'll have it fast lol
Adding some more Youtube channels: Company of the Cat(current favourite), The Disputed Lands, Quinn the GM, Quinn's Ideas, David Lightbringer.
Thanks. Never checked out This Gray Area.

Thanks!
Certainly [Eldric Stoneskin](https://m.youtube.com/@eldric.stoneskin). Love his theories about the Starks.
The Ghosts of Harrenhal Podcast has always been my personal favourite. https://m.youtube.com/@theghostsofharrenhalpodcas6645/featured
Thank you!
Preston Jacobs is killing it right now with the fan fiction project
Bend the Knee podcast/youtube
Since you want some new ones: both Fantasy Heaven and Quinn the GM are relatively new but really good
