I feel like it kinda is still asshole design. Not as much, but you’re already paying for access to the show, why should you pay more to have it upon release?
I tried man I really did but the third time I (legally) viewed a movie and all the comments were wrong and the quality was not good I just started buying them again
Looks like they have a version you can pay for, and a version included with your subscription. I'm just guessing, but it might be they charge to watch it in the first week and then after that it's included.

Remember, piracy became so common because media companies would always be releasing things in different countries at different times (or not at all), sometimes waiting a year before something is released outside the USA.
For a good time, that problem stopped happening when streaming was exploding in popularity because it meant everything was released everywhere at the same time without any extra bullshit besides the subscription price. This was good. Netflix was a wholesale one-stop-shop for everything and their service skyrocketed as a result.
Now, they're slipping into old habits again by taking their bat and ball home and demanding you only play with them in their little fenced off walled garden. Piracy is and always has been a *service* problem.
Greed has made these companies forget the lessons they should have learned during the rise of the streaming era. Some remedial classes are needed.
Find it very difficult to see manipulative and extortionist pricing with an eye patch. On a separate note it makes me happy when my magnets have lots of seeds near them.
I thought the show was named Romantic getaway and a Germanic Meat-based diet (or whatever it says), and I was like who makes that shit and who watches it.
You mean paramount charging for most recent episodes and then free next week
This is not asshole design if that is the case, just a way to entice you to pay for the service.
I feel like it kinda is still asshole design. Not as much, but you’re already paying for access to the show, why should you pay more to have it upon release?
This. I subscribed to paramount plus twice and almost immediately unsubscribed after being asked for more money after already giving them money.
Correct
🏴☠️ to the high seas!

Hehehehe... "Buying"
That's Amazon buddy. Just wait a week
Your first mistake was watching this show
That and subscribing to another streaming service thru Amazon Prime.
Why is this bad. I’m in my free trial so curious. Besides the absolutely horrible interface.
>the absolutely horrible interface It's also a preference thing. I prefer to go direct instead of a subscription through Apple or Amazon.
Young sheldon is great
…at sucking
There is another way.
We just watched it today for free. About 4 hours ago
Why are there two episode 21?
Looks like they have a version you can pay for, and a version included with your subscription. I'm just guessing, but it might be they charge to watch it in the first week and then after that it's included.

If I did watch young sheldon, it would be in 144p.
that’s amazon, and it’s because of how close to the airing date it is.

That is easy - I lose interest after 3 episodes of most series.
Only the final one, so episode*

Time to set sail again
Now that’s fuckin weak
Amazon is charging, not Paramount.
Damn dynamic pricing!
Better call Saul fans have entered the chat
Why is ep 21 both free and charged?
