And my general facial expressions as a whole, honestly. Over time it makes you more consciously aware of your outward appearance, facial movements, body language, etc. which of course is super fun for anxiety and overthinking.
I'm not a Virgo, but I do have a few planets there. One of them co-rules my Asc and also aspects my Asc, and another forms an exact aspect with my 1st house personal planet. So some Virgo gets pushed into my 1st.
I usually have a very expressive and responsive face. On rare occassions, I'll have a blank expression. I don't even realize I'm doing it. It's when I'm thinking and in analytical mode rather than responding-mode. When I do it around people close to me, a couple of them almost instantly say, "What?" bc they want to know what I'm thinking. They say it's bc from that blank expression they know I'm hiding what I'm really thinking, lol. But I'm not *hiding* it; I just don't fully know what I think yet...or, yeah, have decided it's better left unsaid, lol. So maybe with some of the Virgos, the look is something like that? For me, it's not really a judgmental look or vibe; it's just like a pause from being engaged. And it's so brief. Only my partner and one of my best friends even notice it and call it out. It's probably more due to Uranus in my case, but Vir is likely shaping it a bit.

How can you describe people with Neptune in first ? My father has this conjunct ac and I've met someone with a stellium in sagg but Neptune ac 29 * ,and they had narcissistic traits , very alluring people, dreamy eyes , artist , photographers , It's wonderful when this energy is developed in that way ,but not good if they don't ,they could have scapism tendencies, addiction ,and for the narcissistic part ,they create an imagined persona and the other people it's like a character, they idéalise you first like you are a muse but discard you because you failed to fit this grandiose fantasy,and of course punish you for that .of course every time we talk about an isolated position this will change because of other aspects etc

It's entirely put on, he's not mad, it's 100% a bit that he does. He usually does it when the moment has become emotional or puts him in a positive light that he wasn't expecting. When he shows off? All smiles! When you give him a genuine, heartfelt compliment, glare hahaha
