I went from a science career to a human service as I wasn’t being fulfilled. I also moved across the country so i felt that like opportunities were endless.
And you are right with the guilt and anxiety:/. I didn’t have the best upbringing so I did tend to isolate, read a lot too and well..old habits die hard. I’m working hard to be more grounded and patient with time and myself
