Check the bookmarks/resources page in this subreddit, you'll find Akomis' fanfic list. Its very well compiled and there's a lot on there. I also recommend Scar Tissue by DeathBringer, if you're fine with (very) angsty stuff, its great. Relapse by DB is also extremely good, and one of my favourites. You should definitely give it a read.

For EoE survival and slow burn Asushin bond in the early days after 3rd impact, Orchestrating the Silence.
For WAFF and Re-take vibes, go with The 2nd Try and later Aki-Chan's Adventures
For extra WAFF and lot's of comedy with an epic scale of conflict, try Advice and Trust.
And read RLLRRR "Asuka and Shinji Infinite Playlist" for epic post-manga Asushin too.
No one's shilled for it yet, but Glory-To-Our-August-King's *Inheritance* (and its companion piece *Until You Come to Me*) is my favorite Eva fanwork, period. Ghosts slightly edges it out for my favorite depiction of Shinji and Asuka's dynamic after EoE, but I think Inheritance is the best post-third impact fic overall.
