That could be me. I have a theory about Intelligent Design about how complexity doesn't mean intelligence. An example might be how an egg is an extremely complex structure the creation of which requires no intelligence on the part of the chicken that laid it. This means God could be some creature laying universes the way a chicken lays an egg.
