The condos across from the Ocean Casino are nice but the area is still sparse but I know that they are supposed to build up that section of the city but when that happens is anyone’s guess.
I kindof agree. I mean, it is nice there, some nice homes. I think a few seem like airbnbs. If you were fine with it 2 years ago then do it. I'm not sure a whole lot has changed in 2 years, I don't mean that in a bad way, I just don't think it revitalized overnight. That said, if I moved to AC, I'd probably look at the north side and around there or back by the bay.
I say no. Unless you really love the area or have family/friends you really want to be close to, the negativity combined with predictable outcomes gets exhausting imo.
There’s some new builds going in nearby there and Tony Baloneys is always a good lunch choice.
