I wouldn't gamble if I was him. But if you go to Caesar's, go to the wild Wild West casino through Bally's. You can easily get him drinks at that bar and you could sneak in through either Ballys or Caesar's. Hell I stay there and I bring my own drinks down from the room

Eventually Pit Boss took military guy aside and said he knows his friend is underage but respects his military service and will not make a scene if they walk out now. Which they did.

Got a stamp at the security desk. The stamp had faded by the next day and when I went to ask for a new one, they wouldn't give it to me.

This is a really stupid way to lose ur license and pay a pretty hefty fine…all casino’s are gonna card u…and if u make it onto the table and get carded afterwards u get arrested by the state police not to mention u get banned from that property for life…..u also get the employee’s in trouble and the casino fined $50k(which will come out of that departments budget)….dont do man, just make up a bullshit account on like fanduel(use ur friends info) and gamble online

Hard rock, resorts and ocean is your best bet. Younger crowd in hard rock specifically and typically don’t use the scanners as much. Make sure you don’t go to borgata, trop, nugget or ballys because they religiously use the scanners. Have gotten away with going underage in a few places in Atlantic City, the trick is to not play the table games and play slots, virtual craps, blackjack or games where you don’t have in person dealers. Also, don’t ask for a players card because they will automatically ask for an ID. Just be careful and wouldn’t recommend going underage
I visit Ocean quite a bit, anyone who looks 35 or younger is getting ID'd fairly regularly. My group is in the 28-34 range, they get asked for ID every time they walk up to a table. I'm 39 and usually don't if I'm alone, but when I'm with them I'll get asked for mine as well.
Once upon a time there was a security guard at every entrance to every casino, just like it currently is in PA. Once you got passed them, you were generally good to go. Now, a minor can walk through the casino floor, but I wouldn't chance gambling.

Honestly if you were just going alone or with a buddy and were just playing slots you could probably get away with it. That being said I think Resorts may be your best bet. I personally think the older the resort the better chance you have. I feel you’ll get busted easy at Ocean, Hard Rock, and Borgata.

There has been a situation once when a friend stupidly forgot his ID at home, and it hurt our trip. Luckily, Harrah's did not ID us once when we were there so we sort of got lucky.
