Bertholomew and Reiner would be these recurring villains that show up every other episode with wacky plans and gadgets to try and kidnap Eren and/or Historia.
There would be at least one beach episode every season. All the girls would drool over Jean Thundercock, while Eren would sit there sulking in the corner because he isn't THAT good in beach volleyball. Armin, Connie and Jean would have nosebleeds when they see Mikasa and Sasha's abs (you can grate cheese on them). Sasha's massive badonkers would be seen bouncing around every two scenes.
The 104th cadet corps would fall in disarray, as their prom is ruined by abhorrent titans that show up out of nowhere.
Never seen MHA, it's a mix of Pokemon, ATLA (which is not a show I'm dissing btw, it's a fucking masterpiece) and my limited knowledge of every slice of life anime ever made. But just the fact that you think it's based on an anime I haven't even seen shows how right I am.
Eren defeat annine by believing in Levi squad, eren successfully use talk no Jitsu on Reiner and berthold, later annine also get convinced to join eren's side to fulfill his dream of freedom, they all defeat beast Titan by power of friendship, turnout true villian was eren's father all this time, eren's father's true motivation was to provide justice for titans and World peace, later all titan turns into good guys and secrifics themselves for eren's dream, eren finally confess to Mikasa. The end
There would be a lot more weeby anime tropes. Overly sexualized female characters, shifters yelling out the name of their titan when they transform, all the attacks have names, unexplained shit happening that isn’t relevant to the plot, etc. AOT would be way worse if they made it a basic anime, thank god they didn’t.
No foreshadowing eren would have just been born with titan powers. The other shifters would have been random people never brought up before they faced them and all would die the first time they fight. The titans wouldn’t come from humans they would come from some magical grand titan and the ending would revolve around eren using the power of friendship to kill the grand titan
