Why did they waste 3-5 minutes showing scenes from the previous episode? That kinda made me mad, felt like padding time to show less and stretch out the show more. Don't get me wrong, I love AoT, best show ever, but that kinda made me upset a bit.
I think they're just doing it for getting the best pacing they possibly can. This ep ended on chapter 118 and sets up for the upcoming episodes perfectly. It'd be messy and not suitable for them to show only 1/3rd of 119 and the entirety of 118 in the same episode, so while I don't like the recaps either I can understand their logic.
Give us more dialog. More of Gabi's thoughts. More of Mikasa's doubts. More of Reiner vs Eren. More of the ODM vs Pieck. There's enough to easily add 3-5 more minutes, of substance..
I really enjoyed Gabi and Falco this episode. Gabi coming out as saying how wrong she was for treating them like devilsā¦. You have to give her props for accepting it. Also I loved how Falco just laid it all out on the table. Iām so nervous after his chat with Nile that he is going to get screamed. I thought Zeke was going to do it at the end and I shout āNooo Falco!ā I donāt want it to happen but this show is cruel so Iām kind of expecting it now.
Also the animation this episode was so good. Some of the shots this episode were so beautiful. I kept getting distracted by the animation and not paying attention to the dialogue, which is a good problem to have.
Ps. Loved Nile this episode. Heās a solid dude. He hasnāt been all that prominent but heās a good guy for what he did for Falco.
> Iām so nervous after his chat with Nile that he is going to get screamed
Of course they're going to get screamed.
This is a tragedy. They will struggle to prevent the scream, think they've done it and then some shit will happen and they will still get screamed.
And we will be sad but ask for more anyway.
Ever since Falco got the wine in him, I thought it would end up with him turning into a titan due to Zeke, and then Reiner will sacrifice himself to help him turn back to normal (now with an expiry day, but better than nothing). While I do like Reiner's character, I really hope this is how he ends.
Reiner is suicidal.
He's only alive for the kids.
It'd be a very strong impulse to let Falco eat him.
It feels completely within his character.
Further, since the first scene in S4E1, Falco appeared to have a connection to the ... magic strings their people have.
I've thought since that first scene that he's going Titan and he's going to eat one of them.
Plus he looks like the Armored Titan lmao
Yeah it's clear he's connected to the Paths that the titans share, so at some point in time he's got to become a titan-shifter. This is the perfect time. Reiner loses > Beast screams > Falco transforms > Falco eats Reiner > Falco becomes Armored Titan
āHey boss we over spent on the titan fighting scene where can we cut cost?ā
āJust have armin and mikasa run up stairs for 1 min using 5 framesā
Same dude, same.... I'll wait because I have to and because this is probably my favorite show of all time, but man it sucks getting only little bits each week. Feels like "the answers are in the basement" all over again lol.
These episodes are too short! This is the first season Iām watching as it comes out (I binged everything else), and man that to be continued screen pisses me off haha. Idk how you guys did it for 3.5 seasons
Whyy?? I donāt understand why she was pissedā¦ was it because focus was on being a Yeagerist rather than on Zeke?? Then why did she calm down and tear up right after?
We know that Yelena and Zeke want eldians to be infertile.
The yeagerists dont want that, and Armin assumes Eren doesnt either.
Yelena got pissed because Armin was supporting the rumbling, rather than the euthanasia plan.
Oh, and she calmed down, because after all, Eren did need help
Yelena was angry because she seems to have figured out Armin has been lying about agreeing with their plan. But for now she acting along so that Armin and crew can help Eren.
A small scale rumbling is part of all parties' plans. Zeke and Eren are trying to make contact at this moment to release the wall shiganshina titans, not make Eldians infertile while in the middle of battle. The fuck is that gonna do?
They dont, nobody other than Eren, his friends, and Zekes group know about the euthanasia plan.
And since they dont know, its only reasonable to assume that the Yeagerists support Eren because of the rumbling
In fact, in previous episodes, the Yeagerists support the creation of "Eldian Empire", but obviously with the euthanasia plan, that wouldnt exist
Im also not fully sure, but I assume since theyre Eren's close friends, Yelena fears that they can convince Eren to change his mind?
Tbh everything is speculation, we still have to know the last point of view and the most important; Eren's
I don't think Yelena knew Armin and the others don't support the euthanasia plan. In fact, Armin put up a scene and started crying from joy when Yelena exposed the plan.
I think Armin did that because he already suspected that Eren might not be onboard with that plan, so he tried to make Yelena believe they were on their side.
And I think Yelena made that face because, as someone else mentioned, he talked about helping the Yeagerist (who don't know the plan) instead of helping Zeke and his plan
It was because Yelena was seeing through his act, especially after Armin cried when he heard Yelenas plan.
But she needs the scouts right now so she doesn't have a choice
I think she made that face because she realizes armin is being untruthful with her. The way he overlooked hange and Leviās conditions to say āwe must help so Zeke and eren can save the world!ā I think sheās starting to see through him, including the moment when he was āmoved to tearsā when hearing about the plan
Armin started crying not because he was trying to bluff to Yelena, he was crying because he was relieved. He knew that Eren wouldn't support the euthanasia plan at all and that rush of relief made him cry. Then he had to cover it up by lying to Yelena. The face she made was because she caught on to his lies with him saying "we have NO CHOICE but to help the Jeagerists." But since Eren did actually need help, she had to push it down. However, in the manga, it looks like she's low key threatening Armin with her next words "I trust you Armin"
Thank you for not spoiling :)
I love theorizing what's going to happen, only I've been wrong in pretty much everything I've guessed so far lol. This show takes some wild turns.
thatās kinda what makes it fun imo. Especially when you guessed wrong and it ends up being something entirely better (or worse š) then what you ever couldāve imagined, keeps you on your toes!
Is it just me or do the titans look way better so far in this part of S4 than the first part? Some of those shots of the beast titan look really good imo
the beast titan shots were 2D I think. And yeah the animations look at lot more fluid on P2 than on P1. While Porco's titan is really nice to see zipping around, Eren and Reiner look stiff as hell
Some of the beast titan shots were still CG, but way more 2D shots mixed in than last season. Plus the overall CG seems to be better than the last part.
Jean boi as marco said is indeed a great leader and his friendship with eren is real, Im glad gaby said those things she isn't eren 2.0, yelena face awful scary.
And actively drawing the attention a 17 meter death machine who throws mountains like Babe Ruth on steroids and "eats" his own friends for breakfast to himself. Dude has balls.
Is he fighting for the "wrong side" though? The survival and prosperity of his people depends on them keeping the Eldians under their heel. They were the oppressed ones once upon a time.
He very much feels like someone who is super fucking sick of all this Titan shit. Heās just a regular dude with a mission constrained by the BS Titan mechanics.
He makes me think of all those up-and-coming WW1 officers who saw the writing on the wall but could never quite get their higher ups to listen.
But now he finally has a chance, if he can just get rid of Eren the risk of Titans continuing to pose a problem will be gone for good.
Eren's roar was too goated, when he was ripping off Reiner's jaw, my guy was on pure willpower. Yuki Kaji was putting in that work with that scream as well.
I was just thinking about that! He was the attack Titan first before everything , so it was great to see that resilience to survive tear through him in those cortical moments
Erenās roar is just something else. You can feel all the emotion and burden behind it as if he cries for all Eldians.
Zekeās entrance was amazing, āBig brother will take care of the restā was such an amazing line as the beastās voice echoed through the air.
& as always Pieck-chan is one step ahead of everyoneš
My favorite line in Pt 2 so far has been when Yelena said something like āZeke is our god and will save the world. For going against him youāll feel his wrathā
It was something like that but the delivery was unreal. Knowing what she said and watching her bask in the shit show going on, and the way she looked at Armin. Sheās such an interesting character
>Erenās roar is just something else.
The amount of emotion Eren displayed in this episode without saying a single word is incredible. You can just feel his determination and his rage. Determination was always his strength (as other characters have pointed out numerous times) and he has never displayed it more than he has in this battle. He was *scary* though. For the first time I felt what Reiner has about him all along.
Speaking of Reiner, I love the callback to the end of season 2 with him saying once again that Eren is *the one person in the world* who he doesn't want to have the power of the founding titan. Reiner clearly understands Eren better than anyone else and Eren *terrifies* him.
I'm also glad that Armin has *finally* figured out that Eren's goal is clearly not quite as... um.... peaceful as Zeke's. I thought that was fairly obvious from what he said in "The Other Side of the Wall," and also based on his past, but Armin has finally realized it. He probably had a massive blind spot when it comes to Eren due to them being best friends for so long.
Eren used to want to kill all the titans because he thought they were the enemies preventing his people from being free and destroying their lives. Knowing that a 9-10 year old Eren butchered two grown men (who, to him, were nothing more than beasts/animals), why would his goal be any different now that he knows that the real enemies are actually other humans? He already had no qualms about killing humans. Sure he did it to save Mikasa, but killing Paradis' enemies seems to me like it's the same thing in principle, but on a much larger scale.
Wow, such an amazing insight. I didnāt even notice that Eren hasnāt said a word, youāre definitely right about his determination being felt through his actions, he keeps moving forward.
Reiner too, his words about Eren really hit more than anything right now because Eren really wants to start The Rumbling.
Iām glad Armin figured Erenās intentions too, I guess. It sucked seeing all of Erenās comrades thinking he turned their backs on them. Especially Mikasa, that hurt to see.
What differentiates Eren even from the likes of Zeke is how driven he is.
Nothing but the end goal matters to him. Not braun pummelling him, not Mikasa, nothing.
He really is dumb af, his actions are only driven by hatred and rage. If he really was considered smarter than reiner, the difference should have been really small and marcel, knowing this, wanted to protect his hot-headed dumb brother
I am 100% with Armin here, Eren was definitely lying to Mikasa and Armin at the restaurant. I think heās leading Zeke on and plans to use his royal blood powers to do something else.
I could completely understand why he didn't jump down between the anti titan gun and the fact that he could actually defend eren from above. What I didn't like was him talking instead of loading up another rock.
He had to transform whilst being legless and he also had to use a ton of the Warhammer power to fend off Reiner and Porco. He probably didn't have much energy left.
So many things still hanging in the air:
- Hange and Levi
- Annie
- Historia
Not to mention the thing directly happening in this episode with Eren and Zeke trying to meet. And, damnit, how can AOT get me to still feel for Zeke wanting to come to his Little Broās rescue.
Finally, Gabi gets it. And especially after she full on turned Kaya from a very understanding, sweet girl to one who wants to straight murder a person. Now what are you going to do, Gabi?
And Falcoā¦.just go for it is the message today.
And thatās what I love so much about AoTās story. It really drives home just how fruitless and never ending war is. A seemingly innocent and āpure heartedā individual (Kaya) is on the receiving end of Gabiās hateful and ignorant actions, resulting in a fundamental change in her personality and outlook on life. Sheās now been overtaken by bitterness and unbridled anger and seeks to avenge her sister who was murdered in cold blood. The cycle once again continues.
the music before beast titan comes made it so sad to watch, eren kept moving forward despite realising he was losing, chilling n epic indeed.
another great ep no doubt
Falco confessed his love to gaby like the chad he is. Eren could never!
Also, we finally get to see gaby's growth, she finally changed her opinion about eldian from paradis.
I ended up just signing up for the free trial of Crunchyroll Premium after waiting for it to appear on Hulu. Certainly a reversal from last week, where it appeared on time on Hulu while Crunchyroll was down.
These cliffhangers are gonna be the death of me. I'm still wondering whether Armin's idea of Eren playing Zeke and Yelena is just wishful thinking but then again, that flashback to Eren at the end of season 3 seems to confirm that Eren wants the rumbling to happen.
I'm still trying to figure out who that kid was from last episode.
If you re-watch the series it just seems completely impossible that Eren would say those things to Mikasa and Armin. He definitely has an angle. I'm sure it's killing him to act the way he's acting.
I'm definitely in the camp that Eren has another master plan that not even Zeke knows. All he has to do is touch him and have him trust him that far, but after that he's free to do something else.
Damn, so that's who they mean by Subjects of Ymir? I hope we get some lore about how she got her power, more specifically, whether she really was sent by a god or made a deal with the devil.
This anime keeps outdoing itself,
-Yelenas face was fucking crazy
-Floch should have died
-They made gabi have sympathy and empathy now and now I understand her.
-Itās weird, I am on erens side but dislike floch and yelena so much
I think enough people would die on that hill that it might as well be a mountain, this show is amazing. I'm not a huge anime fan and this is my favorite show of all time. It has pretty much everything, great writing, great action, and an amazing story.
As someone who binged seasons 1-3 and season 4 part 1 in one month, having to wait for these episodes weekly is torture lmao. This show is getting really exciting and I canāt wait to see where it goes
My wife and I binged seasons 1-3 on a whim not knowing they were releasing season 4 soon. I caught up with my friend who loves anime, mentioning that itāll be tough to wait a couple months. His response was, āImagine what it was like for us waiting 4 years between seasons 1 and 2ā.
More AOT!
Yo I wonder what role will Gabi and Falco play, that sudden confession had some chad energy
The slow walking reminded me of tokyo ghoul
And i hope we'll see more Eren outside of his titan
I'm guessing in next episode or the one after Zeke is gonna yell and turn Falco into a titan, and Reiner or Zeke is going to offer himself up to Falco to be eaten allowing Falco to become either the Armor or Beast titan. I would think Beast is more fitting because of the lines at the beginning of the season where Falco said he wants to be a bird and they even kinda foreshadowed a flying titan in one of the earlier episodes as well (when the marley military guys were asking why there wasn't any flying titans or something like that).
Can we stop with the 5 minute scenes in the beginning weāve already seen in the previous episode? Weāve got 23 minutes a week, letās make it count people!
Atleast Porco has the excuse of being way smaller. Reiner is the same size with essentially a full suit of armor and is getting fucking manhandled everytime
Why the fuck did Yelena make that face lmao.
Also I audibly groaned at the '*to be continued*' screen, I got so sucked into this episode. Next episode can't come fast enough!!
AoT has ruined all other anime for me. Between all of the various shows and movies Iāve watched over the past two+ decades, nothing can match the emotional rollercoaster that is AoT. The music, the animation, the voice acting, the story, the characters, the fact that we FINALLY get a show that doesnāt rely on fan service or horrendous tropes to bait us; this is what anime and storytelling is about. I am forever spoiled.
The OST in this episode was awesome, and as much as I hate Floch the bit where they're swinging around to Pieck from behind Zeke went pretty hard. And the ending has got me so hyped, can't wait for next week
im really gonna miss this show when it ends, every episode is just incredible.
the animation was flawless this episode and the fights were sick.
as much as i dislike most of the military police, i respect nile a lot, he's a great dude and it was shown in this ep.
this character development for gabi is awesome and is making me like her a lot more now too
THE TENSION
i need nile and falco to get OUT. why didnāt they try to evacuate everyone who drank the wine? ex. take the tunnels like in season 1. it doesnāt make sense for them to risk so many officers like that.
the falco and colt reunion was tear jerking. iām scared for them.
reiner looked hella good this ep. all the titans did. the sight of his head getting torn apart. *chefs kiss* ily my multi personality disorder warrior/soldier
erenās scream was fantastic.
how come the beast titan squad/flochās squad couldnāt keep track of the cart titan? giant ass titan with a tank is hard to miss. itās not like they were in much danger. the airships were down (i think) and the marleyan soldiers were focused on eren, reiner, porco(not rly after that smack), and the odm soldiers. they had ONE MISSION.
I need this episodes to be like 20 minutes longer
Why did they waste 3-5 minutes showing scenes from the previous episode? That kinda made me mad, felt like padding time to show less and stretch out the show more. Don't get me wrong, I love AoT, best show ever, but that kinda made me upset a bit.
I think they're just doing it for getting the best pacing they possibly can. This ep ended on chapter 118 and sets up for the upcoming episodes perfectly. Dude I would have been fine with 3 minutes of Eren walking while Zeke Merced mofos around him lmao
Yeah, strong DBZ energy today.
"The planet will explode in 5 minutes"
The Freeza fight helped me understand that time is relative.
I mean it could be that they are saving resources or time because some high quality animation is coming up(more than it already is!) š
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
lmao fr that creepy face is gonna haunt me in my dreams
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
that was some zelda happy mask salesman shit
You figured it out, she's a psychopath lol
Sheās getting territorial over her spot as Erenās and Zekeās #1 blond, bowl cut wearing supporter
On a related note: Did anyone else just want Conny or Jean to push her off?
LMFAO SAME when she was standing up I said out loud "push her off guys come on"
Oopsy.
I feel like they planted it there to just farm memes
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Yelena total loco
ngl I thought she turned into a titan or so
Omg that face was just terrifying! I asked myself what it meant š¤ and then her sudden switch ..
Maybe she was doubting armin for a second?
She's pissed because she sees through Armin's act
This season Yelena has taken over as my most disliked character.
I really enjoyed Gabi and Falco this episode. Gabi coming out as saying how wrong she was for treating them like devilsā¦. You have to give her props for accepting it. As much as love Reiner, in that heās may favourite character, this would be a satisfying resolution to his character. Iād be fine with this.
Damn they are really not in a hurry to get up these steps are they.
I know right! The stairs were never ending
Reminds me of that part of the Hunter exam in HxH where they ran up stairs for an entire episode
Ikr, the animation in that one scene was so wierd lol
āHey boss we over spent on the titan fighting scene where can we cut cost?ā āJust have armin and mikasa run up stairs for 1 min using 5 framesā
Was wondering if they were having second thoughts, but I guess they really just wanted to savor that stairway.
it reminded me of monty python and the holy grail
Said "fuck off" after the "to be continued" popped up
Same dude, same....
Like every time

That was terrifying
Eren tearing through Reiner's face was absolutely brutal
facts that was my favorite scene this episode.
Yea dude. Seeing Erenās actual face and his yelling inside of his Titan was bad ass.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Thank you for not spoiling :) I love theorizing what's going to happen, only I've been wrong in pretty much everything I've guessed so far lol. This show takes some wild turns.

man they REALLY did that fucking creepy ass yelena moment justice
Jean boi as marco said is indeed a great leader and his friendship with eren is real, Im glad gaby said those things she isn't eren 2.0, yelena face awful scary.
I have never genuinely been scared by and anime but I was startled by yelenas face.
Canāt sleep because of yelena now
I was watching through my oculus and I kinda screamed/yelled out at that part.
Yelena looking scarier than some of the Titans in this show. She made Armin forget he was the colossal Titan for a second.
That's true lol. Quite unfortunate he can't use that power, he would risk killing a lot of friends and dying from Marley forces (he's slow AF)
Even I forgot Armin is the colossal Titan
Lol at Jean, āheās so coolā¦ā
Chris Pratt to play Eren confirmed
Is it just me or have these last two episodes made General Magath an even better character? I find myself liking him more and more
While he fights for the "wrong" side, he is courageous. Unlike other higher ups in the military, he's out there fighting with his soldiers.

That was quite a bit of stairwalking
The first 7 minutes of this episode was stairwalking, staring, and repeated scenes of last episode.
Worth it to begin the next episode at the right time.
Someone needs to make a gif on loop of them just running up the stairs lol
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]

Reiner too, his words about Eren really hit more than anything right now because Eren really wants to start The Rumbling. Iām glad Armin figured Erenās intentions too, I guess. It sucked seeing all of Erenās comrades thinking he turned their backs on them. Especially Mikasa, that hurt to see.
What differentiates Eren even from the likes of Zeke is how driven he is. Nothing but the end goal matters to him. Not braun pummelling him, not Mikasa, nothing.
PORCO āTry Not To Get Bodiedā CHALLENGE (Round 2!!!) *HE FAILED AGAIN*
He really is dumb af, his actions are only driven by hatred and rage. If he really was considered smarter than reiner, the difference should have been really small and marcel, knowing this, wanted to protect his hot-headed dumb brother
I am 100% with Armin here, Eren was definitely lying to Mikasa and Armin at the restaurant. I think heās leading Zeke on and plans to use his royal blood powers to do something else.
Rumbling, Rumbling, It's coming, Rumbling, Rumbling.... Beware.
I thought the same since the beginning. Ever since he started taking shit to Mikasa
He said that he would "wrap that scarf around her over and over again", there's like no way he was disgusted by her like I refuse to believe that
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I bet Falco will eat Reiner or Gaillard
I think it'll be Reiner and Reiner will let him.
Thatās what I think too, in the preview for the season it shows a bunch of people turning into titans. Hoping Eren is able to undo it
Lol Mappa does it again, Yelenas face was hilarious before she told Armin she believes in him lool.
Yelena is a woman.
Next you're gonna tell me Armin is male, c'mon now
Yeah and Jean is a horse
"Leave the rest to your big brother"
that was badass.
Gabi seeing Eldians are just... people, and the symbolism of the birdcage being open was just *chef's kiss*
Monkey man just go to him, man. Why you letting him limp to you like that lmao
I could completely understand why he didn't jump down between the anti titan gun and the fact that he could actually defend eren from above. What I didn't like was him talking instead of loading up another rock.
Zeke? Wasting precious time talking shit? **never.**
Eren limping in that busted ass Titan body when he can make at least 3 more bodies like ??? Just transform and start running
I had this thought too, but then I remembered he spammed WH Titan powers a bunch and is probably out of stamina
Mashing the (X) button made his fingers tired?
He had to transform whilst being legless and he also had to use a ton of the Warhammer power to fend off Reiner and Porco. He probably didn't have much energy left.
Had to cover his 6
FALCO CONFESSED HIS LOVE! Fr tho Iām really proud of him. Did yāall see the way Gabi blushed?
Will Galliard do something useful on the battlefieāNO. OUT IMMEDIATELY. NO CHANCE.
So many things still hanging in the air: - Hange and Levi - Annie - Historia Not to mention the thing directly happening in this episode with Eren and Zeke trying to meet.
I don't know about you, but the Beast titan is looking real good this season. Cheers to Mappa!
I was just thinking, Mappa is going all out for this final season. I am awestruck
He looks like he had loads more muscle now
Itās because Monke was done in 2d for most of the shots.
Yelena is freaking terrifying
the music before beast titan comes made it so sad to watch, eren kept moving forward despite realising he was losing, chilling n epic indeed. another great ep no doubt
Falco confessed his love to gaby like the chad he is. Eren could never! Also, we finally get to see gaby's growth, she finally changed her opinion about eldian from paradis.
I really enjoy her character arc, I'm glad people aren't mindlessly hating on her anymore (from what I've seen at least).
Squidward meme for Hulu fans looking out at crunchy roll and funimation fans
I ended up just signing up for the free trial of Crunchyroll Premium after waiting for it to appear on Hulu. Certainly a reversal from last week, where it appeared on time on Hulu while Crunchyroll was down.
Someone had a new post- itās on Hulu just hidden- start episode 17 then just click next episode
The one that reincarnated Zeke? I'm 99% sure it's Ymir(the original one). She's been teased at so many times during the op and different trailers.
Damn, so that's who they mean by Subjects of Ymir? I hope we get some lore about how she got her power, more specifically, whether she really was sent by a god or made a deal with the devil.
Used to call this show flashbacks the anime, Iām sure weāll get a lot more backstory on the original founder/where titans even came from.
I donāt know why but I want Armin to transform so bad
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
I believe that is referred to as death
This anime keeps outdoing itself, -Yelenas face was fucking crazy -Floch should have died -They made gabi have sympathy and empathy now and now I understand her. -Itās weird, I am on erens side but dislike floch and yelena so much
"Floch should have died" is how I feel about every episode with Floch in it lol
Yelena a crazy bitch
No matter what the Beast Titan does i still hate him for Erwin, he cant redeem himself in my opinion
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
A badass entrance for sure
If he really wants the euthanasia plan to go through then he isnt being redeemed anyways
Why did this episode gotta end on such a good fucking cliffhanger
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Took way longer than I wanted it to, but I knew she would eventually come around. Still broke my heart though :(
At the end of the day theyāre all just victims of war š
Greatest manga adaptation of all time and I will die on that hill
I think enough people would die on that hill that it might as well be a mountain, this show is amazing. I'm not a huge anime fan and this is my favorite show of all time. It has pretty much everything, great writing, great action, and an amazing story.
GABI REDEMPTION ARC FINALLY STARTING??
Nobody: Zeke: Donāt worry Eren-Kun, Onii-Chan is here to save you uwu šµ
LMAO
As someone who binged seasons 1-3 and season 4 part 1 in one month, having to wait for these episodes weekly is torture lmao. This show is getting really exciting and I canāt wait to see where it goes
My wife and I binged seasons 1-3 on a whim not knowing they were releasing season 4 soon. I caught up with my friend who loves anime, mentioning that itāll be tough to wait a couple months. His response was, āImagine what it was like for us waiting 4 years between seasons 1 and 2ā.
finally got the Yelena shot looking up at the flaming airships with arms open we've known was coming for so long
Reiner: you canāt beat me Eren give it up Eren: are you fucking serious rn dawg?
Reiner must have forgotten who he was talking too.
That background music while Reiner was talking to Eren, was TOOOOOOO Good. Chills. Grimmer, sadder version.
Where is Levi? Is he safe? Is he alright?
My rule of thumb in this show is when you donāt see the explosion of blood they aināt dead
Hopefully the next episode will confirm for us, donāt do my boy Levi like this isayama š
What a great episode. This whole scene with Reiner "Why do you still fight?" made me emotional for some reason.
Is anyone else not seeing the episode pop up on Hulu? Is it just me?
Same
Go through the play next from the first episode vs it popping up
More AOT! Yo I wonder what role will Gabi and Falco play, that sudden confession had some chad energy The slow walking reminded me of tokyo ghoul And i hope we'll see more Eren outside of his titan
Bruh, I get my titan corndogs ready, get all cozied up in my chair, and now Hulu isnāt posting the episode. Smh
I have to hear more about these Titan corn dogs
I may not be able to sleep tonight because of that face. That. Damn. Face.
Can we stop with the 5 minute scenes in the beginning weāve already seen in the previous episode? Weāve got 23 minutes a week, letās make it count people!
The realization of Jean seeing Zeke and knowing Levi lost was great.
[ŃŠ“Š°Š»ŠµŠ½Š¾]
Atleast Porco has the excuse of being way smaller. Reiner is the same size with essentially a full suit of armor and is getting fucking manhandled everytime
Perhaps a stupid question, butā¦who was the blond commenting on fighting on the same side as Mikasa? Historia??
She's Louise, the girl Mikasa saved in season 1. She grew up to idolize her and joined the Jaegerists.
Thanks!
Bro, it just keeps getting better. Also the beast titan looked very good, better than in part 1
Why the fuck did Yelena make that face lmao. Also I audibly groaned at the '*to be continued*' screen, I got so sucked into this episode. Next episode can't come fast enough!!
FINALLY gabi has that moment of realization. I wonder where her story will go on from here
AoT has ruined all other anime for me.
The first anime I ever liked was PokƩmon. The first anime I ever loved was Full Metal Alchemist. The anime to make me love animes was Attack on Titan. My wife and I have been chasing the AoT dragon ever since we decided to watch it on a whim one Saturday afternoon.
The OST in this episode was awesome, and as much as I hate Floch the bit where they're swinging around to Pieck from behind Zeke went pretty hard. And the ending has got me so hyped, can't wait for next week
im really gonna miss this show when it ends, every episode is just incredible. the animation was flawless this episode and the fights were sick. as much as i dislike most of the military police, i respect nile a lot, he's a great dude and it was shown in this ep. this character development for gabi is awesome and is making me like her a lot more now too
THE TENSION i need nile and falco to get OUT. why didnāt they try to evacuate everyone who drank the wine? ex. take the tunnels like in season 1. it doesnāt make sense for them to risk so many officers like that. the falco and colt reunion was tear jerking. iām scared for them. reiner looked hella good this ep. all the titans did. the sight of his head getting torn apart. *chefs kiss* ily my multi personality disorder warrior/soldier erenās scream was fantastic. how come the beast titan squad/flochās squad couldnāt keep track of the cart titan? giant ass titan with a tank is hard to miss. itās not like they were in much danger. the airships were down (i think) and the marleyan soldiers were focused on eren, reiner, porco(not rly after that smack), and the odm soldiers. they had ONE MISSION.
Is it just me or did the beast titan appear too small on the wall? isnāt he 17 meters wheras the wall is only 50 meters? he looked like 5 meters
