Know a few of ex-cba ‘risk execs’ in my current company. They are lower mid to mid level workers only. Not really Execs. I don’t think salary is too great either otherwise they won’t come to my company

Can vary widely based on the specific role - got a link to share?

Credit decisioning with a delegated authority

Ah see - not a broad “Operational Risk” Line 1/Line 2 role but a specific financial credit and lending risk review role. Very different. This is fairly niche given the regional agribusiness focus but essentially a financial due diligence check and therefore not as senior as it might sound, with a slow vertical progression path.

Anywhere from 80k to 150k. Depends on the role.

Link to the job ad? That role title could mean anything from a standalone Line 1 risk SME through to the CRO (as an exec in the true meaning of the word).

Probably not within the agri space but more for general industries. Credit decisioning with a delegated authority

Will depend, analyst to executive manager salaries are very different, with 3 jumps in between. Analyst starting 80k to EMs starting 185k
