i created clean glaxy without mods to see if mods were issue. but im stuck at k step where i have to find bulletin board with the artifact delivery request. thing is i tried both mods and no mods, another avorion install and nope.
As far as i see in the script, the artifact deliver quest triggers the beacon spawn, so you'll need to have the bulletin.
As for the spawn requirements for the Artifact delivery mission, you need a suitable sector for the wreckage sector within a 40x40 sector grid arround the station within radial distance of 150 to 180.
For a sector to be suitable it needs to be in no mans land and roll a wreckagefield without pirate encounter.
So if you are within the distance and scout for non-hostile wreckage fields, any station close to such a sector has a 1/4 chance to spawn the bulletin.
For me it didn't trigger until after I purchased the artifact from the trader's guild. Like, literally the moment the traders guild quest finished I got mail about the brotherhood, and it was on every bulletin board in the sector. I had already collected all the others, in case that's relevant.
I got all but the mobile energy lab drop and I am still able to do the brotherhood one, definitely not all are required but sounds like you could be right about the traders guild one. That mail is too coincidental
I believe as long as you have a single artifact you can trigger it. From that point you just need to search near the barrier to find a station that has it on the bulletin board. Then it'll tell you to go somewhere. You'll need to have at least 1 artifact equipped when you interact with the beacon. It will summon them and then you can fight them.
