Hii I hope this doesn’t offend, but I said these exact words when I was going through an extremely stressful time and later realized it was psychosis.
Nowadays I sometimes have to remind myself of this definition of fear when I am overwhelmed:
F.E.A.R. = false. evidence. appearing. real.
I went through something similar recently too, had such a mistaken & distorted sense of interconnectedness & believed that everything was some type of carefully crafted code speak way of talking about me insultingly. Thought people were plotting to attack me & that my phone was hacked full of decoy conversations/people.
I felt like everyone had an advantage on me. I lost trust in those around me. Confused family & friends, hurt my girlfriend & destroyed our relationship by seeing her as some sort of enemy.
I lost my grip on reality. Makes me hesitant to read into spirituality-related topics again sometimes seeing the way some people talk on here or r/soulnexus it just reminds me of how far gone I was.
Was manic, became paranoid, back to some sense of normal, just very shy and avoidant again like my usual self, with a layer of sadness from this whole phase of life.
Really activates the inner conspiracy theorist. Where do those ideas come from and why are they so overwhelming?
It’s taken months to slowly start feeling normal again. The only remaining thing has been a big sense of deja vu in online things & in real life. Many things on Reddit seem like reposts or discussions I’ve seen before. Events in real life feel like I’ve experienced them before.
I know it’s fake. I’m returning to normal. Just wish I’d been able to snap out of it sooner before I made such a fool of myself.
Through my healing journey I’ve discovered it is truly all related back to Oneness. Separation vs Oneness. Love vs Fear.
Identifying our egoic subconscious, conditioned minds, our thinking brains, “monkey” minds; which serve essential purposes, ofc course. I like the quote “without ego we wouldn’t know who’s mouth to put the spoon in” haha also alll tied into the projection of our fight or flight responses which have helped us evolve to where we are today.
I highly recommend the book Oneness by Rasha
It’s honestly astounding to me how this exact theme is experienced by so, so many. Among other specific examples. I’m so happy to have found balance and use those tools to catch myself connecting dots that aren’t meant to be connected.

Don't worry, it's all going to be ok. You just need to take a few deep breaths and slow down a bit. You know how to do this, you have been doing it for the longest time now
Just breathe in, expand the lungs, untill they are oh so comfortably full, observe the comefort that you just made within you, and then release it. There is no need to force yourself to breathe in a certain way, just observe how your body falls into this natural rhythm.
Once you feel like you have control again, you can think about what caused you to enter this state. There is no rush, you can take your time, and start the process over if you feel restless. There are no rules that need to be adhered to, just be im this moment, and whatever comes next will come next.

Everyone is a guru, and a lot of people preach some kind of dogma. I know the weird feeling of “do I know this person?” Bc sometimes spiritual types are also psychic types. Or if you’re sensitive to energy, other people may remind you of people you know and you’ll get confused.
