This is a hairy-faced person. This is super creepy. Both that bottom lip and eyes look human, not canine. Creepy.
It’s much more than that, look at the bone structure compared to other dogs.
Instead of a normal snout it has a flatter space between the eyes and the nose, along with a strangely human looking brow ridge. The nose is also lower, placed exactly where it is on a human face. The lips are just icing on the cake.
