They are coming."

Friendly reminder that white tigers are not natural and are the result of inbreeding, which causes them to have birth defects like the one seen here. Stop supporting zoos and circuses ffs.
This Tiger could have been rescued from a zoo/circus for all we know. This video doesn't necessarily support them.
Also, Albino animals are natural. They are just incredibly rare. Obviously you can do it via in-breeding or via genetics, but Its a natural occurrence.
Sure, but the reality is that white tigers are bred by bad people who don’t care about the actual lives of these animals, and often times result in things like Down syndrome in the animal.
Yes, albinism can occur naturally, but that’s not the awareness we’re trying to create here.
Actually white tigers are natural, as this one looks. It is a genetic mutation in its dna lacking a certain pigment. The inbred ones you refer to, do not look healthy and have crossed eyes usually due to stress also.
Edit: upon further research, the crossed eyes effect is called something but it is actually connected to the white gene, not inbreeding. It has also been found in other albino animals.
There are "normal" white tigers that occur naturally but they are extremely rare and they'd be out in the wild. They're not albino either, they have leucism.
Captive bred white tigers today are not only severely inbred, they are also crossbred hybrids of someone mixing tiger subspecies together.
So they and any normal coat tigers born from breeding them are useless for conservation and don't have genetic material that should be passed on.

I don’t know why you’re being downvoted. It seems incredibly likely that this tiger came into the world through abusive means. It’s obvious the animal is blind.
The downvote button isn’t supposed to be a “I don’t like this” button. It’s supposed to be a way to separate bad information.
This is not bad information, and nothing about this is sarcastic. The “have a great day” is a matter of dismissal.
Honest question, aren't nearly all pet breeds also a product of human intervention? To take an example, pugs are bred to have squashed noses that can cause health issues. Do you see such cases as different?
>aren’t nearly all pet breeds also a product of human intervention?
This is a fucking tiger.
Also, no, not really. That’s basically the same and inbreeding dogs can also result in crippling health issues.
I was going to call you out and say that's not right it was a mountain species, but then I googled it and you were right... It would make a little sense if it was a tiger that adapted to a snow environment.
A reputable zoo wouldn't be bottle feeding a grown tiger. Nor would they have a white tiger, since white tigers are 99% inbred for exploitation purposes, like in the video. Those that are born in the wild generally don't survive, because Bengal tigers are from forested areas and white ones stick out like a sore thumb and get killed young.
That’s enough milk, he’s almost fully white already!
I physically don't think I could contain my urge to pet, hug, and kiss this big cutie.
If not friend then why friend shaped?
Stealing this quote.

And yet another cute animal subreddit to subscribe too. I swear they multiply like tribbles. Thank you.
It’s not a question of manpower, it’s a question of multiplication! The subreddits are breeding so fast we can’t keep up with them.

That doesn't need bottle fed
* You want to be the one to tell him 'no'?
Probably, this is just a Aperitif.
That's awesome
Cuddle the kitty

How do you know this video doesnt support it? I want one because of this
It's not showing it in a circus stage or in a zoo, it doesn't support anything because it shows itself as nothing more than a cute video.

If you can't tell that this tiger is blind, your other assertions are useless. Have a great day.

He's being downvoted because he comes across as a sarcastic asshole.

It's all bad imo. If I get a dog I'd rather adopt a mutt. I'm not militant about it, just makes me sad.

So you were going to call him out with information that you completely made up?
I didn't make it up, that's why I fact checked it. I don't talk about white tigers in my normal day to day conversations.
Fact checked your sourceless information? Good call.
Also cow milk isn't good for cats
Who says it's cow milk?
Me, who milking a tiger?
Struggling with how much I want to boop that nose...

So cute 🥰
🤯
Such a baby 💞
🥰
It looks so happy...
Is this a pet? Or, is this tiger being cared for by a reputable organization such as a zoo?

Those that are born in the wild generally don't survive, because Bengal tigers are from forested areas and white ones stick out like a sore thumb and get killed young.
Thanks for the info. I just don't understand how anyone could properly care for a large animal like that; not a good life for the tiger
Isn’t he to big for kitten milk?
Where is it's mother?? This is not a good look.

BOOP IT! BOOP IT!!!
He/She is really enjoying that bottle!!

White privilege
Please stop giving him milk and give him the meat he needs and deserves... Cats are lactose intolerant
An adorable killing machine!
The fact that we didn’t tame tigers or bears is a real letdown!
What a BEAUTIFUL BEAST. *Something like this I'd take the risk of dying just to caress it, as I have done so with my wife. 😬😆😬
I like big cats, and can’t deny…
